Terrible, disgusting store! They pull money from customers. Money is not returned. They are violating consumer law. Money is required by law to be returned within 10 days, and they have their own laws on the website😡

Scam. No goods, no money. Support is not responding. I'm waiting for a response from the bank. I do not recommend!

I tried to give this store a chance. Terrible service! Supports are rude and uneducated, it is impossible to place an order because the site is not optimized. I do not recommend this store.

I’ve tried to get my money back for months. They get to close the business keep everyone’s money, they should be in jail.

The website has been closed down. If you gave bought anything in the last 180 days ask your bank for a charge back.

I was the fortunate one that got my order after 4 months of battling. I even offered to pick it up as they were only 30km away. The same copy and paste email replies.
I am sure they will startup a new website. Good luck to you all !!!

Ordered 4 poster bed paid for it never recieved it and am out of pocket in excess of 300 dollars don't buy anything such scammers

Ordered a fire pit 7 months ago but never arrived. Did get a response one time but now my emails are not delivering so maybe they've closed the business. I'm going to report it to the credit card company.

This company is a big scam!!! I purchased 2 arm chairs in May and still have received anything. Emails go unanswered...I never even received an order confirmation... Phone calls go through to a message bank.

Iordered a gas top off them 17 March 2022 contacted them numerous times have not recieved it or my money back it was &222 I am 80 years old a pensioner and very disappointed why won’t they even answer

This is a scam I brought taps from here in may and still haven’t got them and no contact from them

This company is totally bogus. Placed order in early May 22. Its October and in the past 5 months I have sent dozens of emails and tried to phone.When there was actually an answer it was just a call centre service. Initially when I emailed I was sent a refund request form. Nothing, no refund. Then there was another email saying they were updating their computer system. Still no order delivered. Then couriers were blamed for delayed. After that initial response nothing....Do not buy from this company. Total scam. Lost $400!

This company is a scam. I ordered a trampoline with them in April after being assured it was in stock and would be delivered immediately, it is now October and there is no communication and no trampoline. Total Scam, stay away.

Ordered chairs over 5 months ago and haven't turned up. They initially offered a refund after 1 month but are now ignoring our emails.

I ordered a $260.00 electric kids car for my son 4xmonths ago and I have emailed home appliance a few times now because I haven't received it.
What a scam, If you don't get back to me I will be contacting the ACCC

I ordered a chair back in May and have not received the chair or a refund. Sadly, I also have been in contact with the ACCC Fair Trading to let them know this company is a scam and their reply? They couldn't get in touch with them so they can't do anything! The people that are meant to protect us from these rip off artists also doesn't actually help! They have a Melbourne address - why doesn't ACCC visit the premises and shut them down!!! Don't go near them to buy anything!!

Purchased goods in May 2022, contacted company in June and asked why goods had not arrived. Company explained (via email) that deliver was the problem and if I wished a refund to complete a refund form, which they gave a link. I completed form 21st June 2022. Did NOT receive a refund so I followed this up with a further 4 emails through July, with NO response.
I have also attempted to contact company via phone (this is an automated system) a least 4 time since with NO call back or response.

Goods have not arrived in over a month. Cannot get contact or confirmations from the company that all is OK, via either the chat box or by email. Funds were taken on day 1.

I couldn't get my orders or refund from them like everyone else then I applied my bank (mastercard dispute service) and after I shared my story and the documents with them, and I've got full amount of my money back in a month.
