Bardzo dobre wyszukiwarki aktywów oraz…
Bardzo dobre wyszukiwarki aktywów oraz możliwości przeglądania, filtrowania i porządkowania po niezliczonej ilości kryteriów.
Minusy:
- Jestem pytany co 2-3 dni o hasło sms-owe mimo, że używam stale jednego komputera, z tym samym adresem IP i nie czyszczę ciastek w przeglądarce.
- Bardzo wiele aktywów jest niedostępnych do kupna dla klientów z Polski.
- Liczne zbędne e-maile np. o tym, że przelałem środki na konto w Saxo, napisane w sposób wskazujący, że jest to ważna wiadomość. Przecież wiem, że przelewam środki, nie trzeba mnie informować. Inny przykład to wiadomości o tym, że przelałem na konto duńskie, gdy mogę przelać na konto polskie. Chcę traktować te subkonta równoważnie.

Very high fees
Very high fees. VIP memberships expire after a year, unless you are insanely active. Many hidden limits on many products (for instance you cannot buy more than 50 options per ticker). For europeans, it is impossible to buy even European ETFs with a retail account (even EFTs that i can normally buy as a European on other brokers)

At Saxo, we strive for clients to have transparency on the products and services that we offer. All the relevant information on each instrument, like exposure limit, is disclosed in the Instrument trading conditions.
In regard to our ETFs availability, due to regulations, KIDs (Key Information Document) must be provided to Saxo by the issuer. The contents of the KIDs are designed to explain the risks and key features involved with trading the ETF.
If the issuer has chosen not to issue a KID, then Saxo will no longer be in a position to offer the ETF. This is the decision of the issuer and not Saxo.
However, we do try to ensure that we are provided these by the issuer as often as possible to ensure the range of products is as up to date as it can be for retail clients.

Za duża prowizja 20USD za zakup obligacji amerykańskich, za wysoka minimalna wartość zakupu (10 tys USD). Minimum powinno być 1000 USD, a prowizja maksymalna 2-3 USD.
Brak możliwości zakupu rożnego rodzaju ETF-ów , np. Vanguard czy ishares. Dostępne tylko dla profesjonalnych inwestorów. Nie ma takich sztucznych ograniczeń u innych brokerów.

Platforma do transakcji czytelna, przelewy księgowane szybko, niskie opłaty. Minus - to brak dostępu do ETF w US, ale to już durny pomysł EU, która swoimi pomysłami doprowadzi do rozpadu EU. Proponuje obniżyć próg wymagalności dla klientów profesjonalnych, aby mieć dostęp do ETF w US.

Overall the most reliable choice
The app is quite comprehensive and detailed. Maybe the best of league 5/5
There is a lot of useful content, signals etc that I use.
The deposits are very fast and directly to bank which inspires trust.
Overall in terms of security of funds, I feel protected since it's a bank and all documentation is detailed and professional. 5/5
What I don't like is that if you go into the support chat it takes the whole screen and can't see where you were in the app to explain to customer support. Also their english could be better and inspire more trust.

KYC/AML process is a bureaucratic…
KYC/AML process is a bureaucratic nightmare that has been dragging out for 1 year! I have everything in order and it feels like it's a brainless bot on the other side of the conversation. After every reply I have to wait weeks for a response and it feels like every time it's a new person looking at it and they come back with some new question, as if without any context of past interactions.
That's what you get for trying to save on costs of this bureaucratic nonsense enforced by the regulators: very unhappy clients.
Other than that, the platform is great, and deserves a 5-star. However, they aren't getting it until they resolve this nightmarish process. I want to continue using the platform and buying more stocks, but boy are they making it hard for me. Don't you want clients?

Dobrze dzialajacy serwis i pomocny opiekun. Nad serwiem mona troche jeszcze popracowac np widgety z kurem "ulubionych" intrumenow lub wartoscia konta, lepsza przydatniejz informacja o naliczanych odsetkach i oplatach, poprawa informacji podatkowej.

Wszystko działa
Wszystko działa, dotychczas niezawodnie, portal jest przejrzysty, jasne komunikaty.
Obsługa klienta (miałam do czynienia 2-3 razy) responsywna i konkretna, uzyskałam precyzyjne wyjaśnienie w odpowiedzi na dość szczegółowe pytania.
Mam inne rachunki maklerskie i ten jest najlepszy. Zwykle w tego typu usługach jest coś co mi przeszkadza a tu jak na razie nie, co jest w zasadzie nawet zaskakujące.
Jedna mała rzecz potencjalnie do poprawy to dodawanie więcej szczegółów w mailu o corporate actions, zeby było jasne co to za event (a nie tylko jaki instrument) bez logowania do portalu.
