Unacceptable Service - Missing Items from order

Unacceptable Service – Only received 1 of 3 items. I order one Tshirt and two long sleeved waffle knit 'Psalms 46:10' shirts. They only sent the item which was the cheapest and never sent the more expensive waffle knit shirts.
Review:
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Holy Faith Wear. I placed an order for three items, but the company only shipped one order to me. Despite only fulfilling a third of my purchase, they charged me the full amount of the three items.

I have attempted to contact their customer service to resolve this issue and get a refund for the missing items or have the missing items shipped, but their auto response email says that they're on vacation and/or short-staffed and may not respond for 5 days. The website made it seem like they were a good trustworthy Christian company. I feel scammed.

I ordered a sweatshirt 3 weeks ago and…

I ordered a sweatshirt 3 weeks ago and it still says its in Ireland in customs when it said I was coming from the US. Emailed to cancel as at this rate it won't be here in time for halloween. They advised I can't cancel now.....ill dispute it with my cc company! I do NOT recommend.

Total scam

Total scam. Charged me way too much for taxes. I emailed them about it and got a bogus generic robot reply, essentially buying time. I then saw the garbage reviews and immediately emailed them again and told them to cancel the order - no reply. Immediately filed a complaint with PayPal, sent copies of the emails, and luckily PayPal immediately refunded me. Beware!

Edit to add: look at the robot reply from them. It's exactly the same reply to every review. What a joke!

Picture of shirt is not what you get

The shirt, was WAY too small. I ordered the adult XXL and could hardly get it over my head, which is not big at all. The long sleeves were way too short also. The design was not as pictured , and that picture is what I loved about the shirt! I will not be reordering.
At the time I ordered I did not know it was coming from Spain, but the wait for it to arrive did not take as long as I expected.
Well on closer inspection of the shirt and the real item, I’m disappointed. The picture shows a shirt that is embroidered and fabric the actual shirt is screen printed besides being WAY too small.
I cannot return it and they only want to credit me $3.00 and I paid $37.87 🤯
I definitely would NEVER order from them again

The order went to a different state and…

The order went to a different state and when I emailed customer service with screenshots of both the E-receipt with the correct shipping address and the tracking that said that it was delivered in the different state, customer service gave me the same tracking and said that it was delivered to my mailbox in which I stated that it was a different state and city. They gave me the same response 2 more times before they finally gave me a different response, asking if I still want the items and that they will ship the items and they also said that they were going to give me a new tracking but they didn't. 12 days later I wanted a refund and then they finally gave me the tracking and said that it was already shipped. The worst customer service and experience. Would not want to shop or recommend this shop ever.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not order from Holyfaithwear. I ordered 2 sweatshirts & a Tshirt in August. I received a tracking email that it delivered in Ohio at a PO Box. I live in AZ & l've emailed with screenshots of my receipt that have my shipping address and have gotten no response. I gave them an opportunity to make it right so l've now disputed the charges with my bank. Next to contact the BBB.

Place I ordered said they were from Texas! Shirts came from Italy! I ordered a 2 x to be big and it fits like a large! !it took forever to get it as well!

Fabric quality.

The photo appears to be a sweatshirt type fabric with the design embroidered. Instead, it was a synthetic/neoprene fabric with a printed design.
