Lisa Henry was a very efficient and, also friendly representative of the company when I phoned to book a car service. She found a date that fitted my needs and offered suggestions regarding the service eg loan car, booking a time slot, etc. She processed my records quickly and knew which service was required and how much extra I would need to pay on top of my service plan.

Super efficient, don’t have to worry about booking for service and MOT as they automatically ring you in plenty of time. Samantha Fuller did my booking and was extremely polite, friendly and very helpful and professional. Well done.

It was on my list to check details and make a booking for MoT and Service today, but Lisa called - beating me to it. She patiently guided me through what I needed to know and do and arranged a very suitable collection and delivery for what needs to be done.
