I made contact with Hobbs Memorabilia on the evening of Friday 7th November via their WhatsApp contact. I was trying to source a Paul Gascoigne England shirt. Martin was extremely helpful with quick response even out of working hours. He sent the Framed item out Saturday morning and I received the item today 11th November. Quick turn around great communication and item as described.
Thankyou 🙌

First class service and first class products. Martyn goes out of his way help get the items you want.
I have my West Ham Europa League Cup Final shirt signed by Bowen, in a fantastic frame and it looks amazing ⚒️ thank you.
Would definitely purchase from Hobbs Memorabilia again.

My daughters Spurs Limited edition Europa framed presentation arrived yesterday. First off it looks great and is a quality item that has been put together to a high standard. Secondly, it was packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition.
Thanks again to the guys at Hobbs for getting this to me in such a short timescale. Great company to deal with, great communication. Highly recommend.

Contacted Hobbs Memorabilia recently looking for a signed Bowen shirt in a frame. Not only was it delivered a few days after paying, but the price was very reasonable for such a classy product. Martyn was very quick to answer any questions I had and he helped resolve them without any problems. If you’re wanting a signed shirt, look no further.
Thanks again to the Hobbs team and I would definitely consider buying again from Hobbs Memorabilia in the future. COYI⚒️🙌

Hobbsy not just a West Ham fan his like a family member and he takes that into his business. Every job is personal and he goes above and beyond to not only ensure the highest standards of craftmanship but that every detail of perfection and personalisation is met. Top service start to finish, and my garden bar is now the ultimate project completed. COYIs.

Wow, what an awesome site, ordered the spurs Europa league replica, got discount code, it arrived today, its awesome, well made, and packed securely, just ordered 2nd for son in law, bring on Christmas

I bought my partner the signed Bowen europa league legend framed shirt for his 30th Birthday and Oh Boy it did not disappoint. To the point Like even I was taken aback how stunning it was once we unboxed it!

Framing and product- Absolutely immaculately done.

Communication- Martyn was great the whole time kept me in the loop with updates EVERY Step of the way.

Delivery- Was smooth, although it was a day late and came on my partners birthday yesterday instead of the evening before. This of course was out of Martyn's hands as there was an issue once it was with FedEx, But Like I said martyn kept me in the loop. Very apologetic and keeping it professional.

110% 5** Review!
Definitely will be reordering in the near future.

Thanks again HOBBS MEMORABILIA!

Excellent selection of bespoke items and limited edition items. Ordered several times now and customer service excellent

Bought the framed Liverpool prem champions medal for one our mates 60th birthday and he absolutely loved it. Cheers Martyn for another quality product and quick delivery. COYI’s ⚒

Martin made me a couple of pieces and when I collected them the product was first class. Nothing too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent products, well framed, competitive pricing. Great and easy communication with Martyn and his team. Always an easy process and the items are superb. Have bought many items and will continue to do so. Continually updating their website and they do occasional brilliant discounts if you keep your eye on their social media platforms. Highly recommended company

This is a great company to deal with, very personable. Had a special request to source a shirt signed by a particular past player for a special reason. Martyn was able to accommodate this request and everything was done is good time.

I ordered a sign framed Gazza photo on a Monday and received it on the Thursday. Quick and easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Ordered the Spurs-Europa League medal, and I don't think you could get a more perfect gift for any football fan than one of these frames... Quality is superb!

Fantastic team to work with, Would encourage new customers to look at the google reviews as this platform isnt used as much. Over 270 5 star happy customers.

Very good service from beginning to end from Martyn with my order. Once I had ordered the product it came a couple of days later. Prompt delivery and delivered with no problems. Order was of high quality and very well packaged. I would definitely order again and recommend Hobbs memorabilia to my friends and family

Brilliant products, very trustworthy service from order to delivery.

I’ve brought from Hobbs memorabilia twice and both times I’ve had a terrible experience when it comes to wait times and over all customer service. I ordered a framed shirt on the website, Martyn contacted me to confirm stating the order would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks…. 10 weeks went by, with lots of chasing and eventually my item was delivered however the wrong frame was sent. (Very disappointing considering this was clear on the order form and confirmed in a text with Martyn) Martyn tried convincing me to keep it as it was as it was still nice, however I returned instantly as it wasn’t what I had ordered. I then had to wait another 12 weeks for the item to be sorted and returned with weekly messages having to chase! Lied to many times about it being dispatched when it hasn’t been. I think it was actually over 6 months in total before I received my item. LOVED the product but god awful customer service and turn around times. No compensation offered which I had to pressure for as I felt undervalued as a customer.

Ordered a second item about a year later which again I was buzzing about. From payment to receiving item was 3 months! Item arrived damaged… returned and then waited another month with excuse after excuse about how certain parts were out of stock.

Quality items but overall poor customer service. This is a company about bulk selling, you’re not valued as a customer what so ever.

Thanks to Martyn for the Crystal Palace FA Cup medal presentation.
I ordered this for my son following the game.
Once received this beautifully framed item brought back all the memories of that day for the whole family and my youngest son was speechless and really emotional.
Such a special item I can’t thank Martyn enough for the superb service .
Cheers
Paul
