after buying goods few times what I find that this sight is not really interested in giving any discount to the customers, sooner you make a purchase they send you a discount voucher which is valid for few hours what good is that after you have bought the supply for may be a month or six weeks.
if they were really interested in giving discount to their customers send them a discount voucher they can use with the next purchase
don't make a fool out of your customers

I don't want to discuss here the communications I send to my customers, there are different communication for different customers: there are a lot of customers who have used the discount you are talking about without complaining and they used it to buy a larger order and more products at the same time.
