I have been using the hive in all the 19yrs I have lived here, they have always been very friendly and efficient but I must say over the last year with the pandemic they have been amazing,patient and always have a smile on their faces.

Always use hive pharmacy for verset perfumes , very good value, excellent perfume,and a great service

Excellent customer service. There was a lovely gentleman on the phone who gave me a call to double check my order and provide a more detailed explanation about the situation which I really appreciated since I had been searching for answers on google. I'm glad my mind was put at ease and I received the medicine the following day so a speedy service aswell. Thankyou for your great work and compassion.

Since moving to the Hive from another pharmacy we have been very happy with the excellent, efficient and friendly service they have provided. Using the NHS app. to order repeat prescriptions and receiving text from the Hive when items are available has been a massive improvement. Add ease of parking and it’s perfect.

I really can't rate Hive Pharmacy highly enough- as you can tell from my title. Having had many months of anxiety, never knowing if my medication, which I had ordered locally, would arrive or not, once I approached Hive I was confident that my stress levels would decrease- and I was right! I know that the medication I am on, not prescribed too often these days, is one that is more difficult to source, and yet the service provided by Hive was excellent- within 3 days of posting my prescription to them, the tablets were in my hand!
In addition, all prior contact with Hive was excellent. Procedures were explained in detail and documents were forwarded to explain things in full. Everything was very clear. It is not often that you come across somewhere so customer focused in terms of care, concern and support. I am very impressed and will continue to use Hive for all future prescriptions.

I have dealt with this pharmacy on a regular basis for at least 10 years. They are efficient, helpful and very friendly. I would have no hesitancy in recommending them.

I found hive Pharmacy on line as I was unable to get my medication from my GP surgery and I have been struggling for over a year I called and they had my requirements in stock I sent prescription from my GP to hive and they promptly posted to me I have used hive Pharmacy now on several occasions lovely people to deal with thank you hive and stay safe x

I was able to get my medication here after finding this pharmacy online that I have been unable to get from my own GP. They are very friendly and helpful on the phone and true to their word ,my medication arrived when they said it would. I am so grateful to them as I haven't been able to get my prescription due to unavailability for nearly a year, I which I'd found them sooner.

The customer service is great and so helpful. I had problem with the delivery and I contacted the customer service and their were so kind and helpful. definitely I'll keep shopping with Hive pharmacy.

Unfortunately there was an issue with Royal Mail delivering the order and it was returned to Hive, they immediately issued a refund so I could place the order again
