HiTech Land RIPPED ME OFF by sending me a $500 phone which was not what I ordered. The website was deliberately designed to trap and deceive people. The pictured and correctly titled item was listed as in stock, but was substituted with an "option" a completely different product different with no obvious clarification at any stage. I was offered a refund but the process to acquire a return shipping label was convoluted and made deliberately difficult to complete, the seller dodged paying for return shipping, I requested instructions and was referred to an almost identical and obfuscated confusing document with no further help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hello, sorry for the misunderstanding. The return you requested was accepted by our services, and you have been prompted to return the item to our Hong Kong warehouse, but you did not do it. You were also offered the return shipping costs according to our return policy because you received the wrong item. And the Paypal case you opened was also decided in our favour because you didn't provide valid tracking information, and they gave you 20 days to do it. Sorry but you can't be refunded by keeping the item in your possession, our return instructions were clear and simple. Now the return request has expired.
