I can’t stress enough they are scammers. The bras I received would have fit a very small child and are so thin they would rip if stretched. I posted back to china at my cost £12 was the cheapest I could find. Disgusting service. Please please avoid

Do not buy, it's a scam. Bought from an ad for underwear for under gym wear. They are cheap tatty underwear with less fabric than usual underwear you buy. Complete waste of money DO NOT BUY.

De kleuren van de grijze en beige komen niet overeen. De grijze is in het echt véél donkerdere de beige is gewoon geel/perzik van kleur ipv crème/beige.Ook de maat klopt niet: Heb maat L besteld en XL ontvangen.Ook verwachtte ik een Europees kwaliteitsproduct te ontvangen en heb ik rommel gekregen aar met koeienletters "MADE IN CHINA" opstaat en wat het geld zeker niet waard is.

Email vd klantenservice is niet in gebruik.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased it after a sponsored ad on social media. It tooks weeks to arrive and then when it did, the sizing is way off and it's flimsy as hell. When I contacted to complain, I was told I could return at my own expense, as long as it was recorded delivery, which is basically half what I paid for the item. Waste of money/.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam, you don’t receive what you order but a shapeless tiny piece of flimsy net. You pay £15 to return so your now down £35. Please don’t order from them.

Shape chic is a joke! I have suggested to them they rename the compay,SHAPELESS,SHAMELESS, CHEAP!! CHINA BASED COMPANY NOT UK, the bra's are extremly poor quality,flimsy zero support, zero shape, if you want to return you have to pay return to china ,more than the product is worth, do not be tempted to purchase ,they really are appalling !!

She's not telling me that I should contact Royal Mail for delivery and she would reship the items if I don't receive them by 3rd January and when I said I want refund, she says she can refund 30% for inconvenience and only the full amount after I receive it, I would have to pay shipping to return it and then they can refund after inspection.

I ordered from HiShape Chick UK at the end of November, paying nearly £23, and was supposed to receive my order two weeks ago. According to tracking, the package reached a certain point on December 16, and there have been no updates since.

I contacted their customer service repeatedly, only to receive the same unhelpful, copy-pasted response each time from an agent named Emma. Despite Royal Mail advising me to contact the sender for a refund, Emma outright refused, claiming that unless it’s confirmed as lost, they won’t issue a refund. She hasn’t even attempted to contact Royal Mail or take any steps to resolve the situation.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I am left without my order or any resolution, and the company seems unwilling to take responsibility. I would not recommend HiShape Chick UK to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I kept seeing adverts for these bra's so I ordered 2 white and 1 black. The bra's come and I received 2 grey and a black. The quality and material of the bra's are terrible. I have contact the company regarding receiving the wrong colours and I need to pay to send them back to China every though it was there mistake. The return label on the parcel is a Unit in England. When I questioned this there response was they don't have premises in UK. It is costing me over £20 to send them tracked to China. Not worth sending them back. Disgusting customer service when the mistake is there fault. I would understand if I was returning because I did not like or they didn't fit me but the mistake is at there end

Should have known this was a scam. I haven’t even received my items yet but the fact that I haven’t received an email to confirm my order makes me dubious. Wish I’d have checked this company out before paying out!

Don’t buy guarantee 30day money back what they don’t tell you is you pay for return to china so cost would be more than price if bras. And if you do risk it order at least 2 sizes bigger. Stay away from this company

Another scam company refusing to give a returns address that is not in China. Sent items that they actually said were wrongly marked and frankly were useless to me. I made such a fuss they offered to as a "goodwill gesture " give me half the £20 or so I had paid. What an insult . They were liable and should have paid the whole amount. I have not received any of it. They asked for pictures !!! Which I sent .Then told me again I had to return them to China. I refused as there was a UK address on their package. So sick of these creeps have said I will take advice from trading standards and the police and await their next email. Also wanted to add : they seem to have a warehouse in the UK , expect people to return goods to China yet on their wedsite their address is in NEW MEXICO. They also list NO phone number anywhere. Crock of the proverbial !They don't even deserve one star.

Avoid this company at all costs. Currently awaiting confirmation of a chargeback from my bank. Items were far too small, nowhere near my size as advertised. Haven’t responded to any emails, one of the emails on their website even bounced as doesn’t exist. Decided to return using tracked postage without contacting them as that’s what I need to do for a return and there’s proof that it’s been received by them but still nothing. Absolute scam.

I ordered bras after seeing them on TikTok. They took weeks to arrive, I got sent the wrong colours and they don't fit.

I emailed Shapechic but I have had no reply.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY Bras, NOT RESPONDING TO RETURN REQUEST EMAILS DESPITE HAVING A RETURNS POLICY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM SHAPECHIC .
