Very suspicious. Will soon be 80 years old so not sure which potential employers would be interested in me!
As mentioned in other warning posts unsolicited and a bit creepy. Steer clear. Obviously the one star is not earned, zero star if possible. I have not clicked on link in email.

Just like everyone else I got a mail saying "We want to inform you that your data has been gathered for the purpose of connecting you with potential employers." The hell I never asked for this. I don't even know this site!

Didn't click the link but checked the link adress it links to and we'll... It looks like a monstrosity of a link so I'm sure this is a scam. Checking the site on Google shows that it's some ai shenanigans.

Also interesting thing to see is the reviews for this site here on trust pilot.

All suspiciously positieve reviews that look strangely... Orcistrated and then at a certain point it's all negative only and all the same thing I'm complaining about seems suspicious. I think the positive reviews are fake or bots or company employees or something.

I have received an email saying that they have GATHERED my information and will sell it forward and that I can review their privacy policy (not even an option to object).

As a citizen of the EU, anyone handling or storing any identifiable information about me has to be given my concent first. Thus this is extremely illegal.

They are likely relying on being able to argue this in US courts where they would claim that "well we gave you notice and you didn't object, so saying nothing meant yes". This will not fly if you get noticed by EU institutions.

They gather your data and use it for their own gain without consent. At least they inform you about it via an unsolicited email; maybe that justifies the minimum of 1 star I'm forced to give...

I would give this company zero stars if it was available, but unfortunately it is not. They have the audacity to say "your data has been gathered for the purpose of connecting you with potential employers". Not sure if that is a stupid spam / scam trick or if they are really trying to collect data without consent

Sending unsolicited spam, multiple times a day for multiple days now. This is not a legit company.

No customer culture and not sure about data legitimacy

I wanted to echo the experience of many people below; I received an email from this company which said 'We want to inform you that your data has been gathered for the purpose of connecting you with potential employers.'

I have not had any interaction with this company before and certainly did not sign up to any mailing lists. I have contacted them to get them to remove my information from their database.

I received an unsolicited email saying that they harvested my data and will include it in their database. This is not just unacceptable, it's a GDPR violation.

Since I definitely wouldn't click on the link of their fraudulent email, I contacted their support to ask for my data to be removed or I'd report them, and they said they'd do so.

Still, unacceptable behaviour – what is wrong with them???

Like a few people here, I've got an email that pretty much said "Hi, we are going to sell your personal data to recruiters".

I don't know what they have on me besides my email but I don't appreciate unsolicited emails from companies I haven't heard of selling my personal data.

I intend to report them to the ICO immediately.

I received an email from this company, telling me they "gathered" my data "for the purpose of connecting you with potential employers". This is a violation of GDPR, since they never got any form of consent from me and it is obvious they break EU regulations and law. There is no information where from they got the data, under what possible legitimate interest or anything else. They also send some scammy link in the email with the title "Do Not Sell My Personal Info". Of course, never click on any of the links they send you. Because whatever they "gathered", you will give them a thumb up that at least the email is valid.
Best is to reach an attorney specializing in GDPR to perform all corrective or even forceful actions to help finish this fraud in EU market.

Sent me an email about this where they totally blacked everything out to make it impossible to read.

GDPR complaint has been made and I will take legal action if necessary to ensure that my data is deleted from them and any other company that they have passed it onto.
