I’m going to share a money transfer…
I’m going to share a money transfer issue I had with my bank. A few months ago, I wanted to withdraw funds from my stock trading account to my Hipotekarna account; when the payment reached the bank's clearing pool, they called and directed me to a branch to open an international account. I went the next day and filled out about 15 application forms, but no one ever called me back, and the money was returned to my trading account—plus, I had to pay fees several times during this process. Then, just this week, I tried to send money from another country to my Hipotekarna account via Wise. When the money didn't arrive, I sent an email; they replied asking if I acknowledged that Wise is used for illegal activities and if I accepted the associated risks. I said "yes," and do you know what they told me next? "Try sending your money again now." Buddy, the money isn't with me—are they messing with me? I don't get it; what kind of bank is this? All I want to do is send money. Good grief. Have you faced a problem like this? How did you solved?
