Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear if anyone came across as rude when you raised your concerns – that’s definitely not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have, and we’d like the chance to look into this further.

Just to clarify, our terms and conditions are transparent and shared with tradies when they first sign up, when switching or renewing packages, and they’re always available on our website. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must feel. This is not the kind of impression we want to leave with our tradies.

Just to clarify, when moving between different packages the contract terms are clearly outlined at the time of change, and these are shared upfront so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to keep our lead pricing fair and competitive while giving tradies access to genuine job opportunities.

If you come across a lead that doesn’t seem right for you, you can simply ignore it. In some cases, if other tradies aren’t interested, the lead may come back around at a reduced rate, giving you another chance to engage.

We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for our tradies and appreciate your input.

Regarding your contract, if this is your first contract with hipages, it should typically be a 6-month term rather than 12 months.
