We have just purchased our new home through Hindhead Property. I cannot fault the service we received from their agent, Indigo. She was brilliant and made the whole experience an easy one. She was not pushy & chased the sale through keeping everyone informed at all stages. Nothing was too much trouble including numerous viewings and all emails / calls were responded to quickly. We are so happy with our house and can't thank Indigo enough for helping us find it.

The first viewing found the buyer and the process from accepting the offer to completion ran smoothly.

For the price I paid I think I've had excellent value for money. Indigo was fantastic throughout my selling and buying experience. She kept me informed at every stage and even offered advice when it wasn't technically her job. Indigo is a star, thank you.

Having experienced the actions of another local Letting Agent when our tenant terminated their tenancy I thought it was time to look at the market and ascertain if it was time to sever our existing contract of approximately two years. Undertaking market research and visiting a fair few Lettering Agents (both national and local) Hindhead Property stood out by some way.

The Hindhead staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and took the lead in liaising with our old agents to secure the necessary documents to allow them to commence marketing of our property. We signed our contract on the Friday afternoon and Hindhead immediately contacted our departing tenant to secure marketing photos. We agreed the web content on the Saturday and it went live that day. Monday morning we had two confirmed viewings booked in and both interested parties visited the property, by Wednesday both parties had expressed an interest to take up the tenancy and so we had a choice of tenant. Our new tenant moved in within two weeks limiting our revenue loss of non-ooccupation (we delayed this to allow full decoration of the property otherwise they woud have moved in sooner)

The pre-tenancy process was handled without fuss by Maria and we were informed as each stage progressed and though we are still in the infancy of our relationship with Hindhead I am impressed.

As a hands-on landlord I feel re-assured that our property is being managed appropriately and from discussions with our tenant they are also happy with the way how the whole process was handled by staff within Hindhead Property.

Hindhead sales were very efficient in the sale of my parents house. Indigo was always available to answer any queries, she was very positive & carried out everything she promised. I would like to thank her & the rest of the team.😀

Coming to Plymouth for work and little pressed by time i entered the first agency to rent a home Hindhead Property , from the entrance i was welcomed by a smiling face Maria very polite and professional she assured me that my situation will be resolved quickly, as it was Maria and Julie polite,professional and always smiling have resolved with a papers and i was glad to live near the sea in a comfortable flat , i’m happy and proud to collaborate with these wonderful people who are very caring about people’s problems , Hindhead Property more than 5 stars 👍😀😉

I have found most of the Estate Agents/Letting Agents in Plymouth to be very helpful with freely giving their time and advice but have received service way beyond my expectations from the lovely team at Hindhead who between them all are very knowledgeable about every aspect of sales/letting in this area. As newbies to Plymouth nervously entering the BTL minefield, it was hugely reassuring to find a Company who were prepared to do everything possible to make life easier. Philippa has been incredible from day one, going above and beyond the call of duty spending a whole day (several times) personally driving me around to look at potential properties (from all agents, not only their own!!) and giving a really honest appraisal of each and a true rental return I can trust. As we live 3hrs away (there and back) she has even gone in to shortlisted properties, videoing every aspect for us to save a wasted journey. Not only that, we have also had a lot of fun together and a lunch stop mid way through. She’s incredibly hard working and thorough and has often returned emails when she should be enjoying her evening with her family!! Connor is also incredibly passionate and knowledgeable and super helpful in freely advising on all aspects of sales/lettings as are all the team members, including Tei and Indigo who have also been very helpul and respond immediately to any enquiries. We have been treated like VIP’s from day one (very embarrassing and totally undeserved, but lovely all the same), and I’ve no doubt they treat everybody like that. Connor’s mother who is a very experienced portfolio landlord even phoned me whilst on holiday to give me a long and helpful call with some very useful tips and advice - all whilst she was meant to be enjoying her sunshine break - it typifies the sort of service you get from this exceptional Co and they really don’t try and persuade you to buy just the properties on their own books, they are happy for you to find the right one regardless of who sells it. On the lettings side they are incredibly quick to act too, marketing the property so that it’s ready to let as soon as you complete and they go to great lengths to get the right match and take all the stress out of the process, arranging everything and I feel very confident that they will make just as much effort to make sure the tenants are happy and keep on top of any issues that might arise by checking regularly that there are no problems before they escalate. There are some very good agents in Plymouth and Chris at Martin and Co was very helpful with lots of advice too before we even visited Plymouth, but once we met Philippa we were spoilt and it’s lovely as a female to have that banter and trust. The Plymouth agents (we’ve encountered) seem to have a refreshing honesty not always found in this industry. If you need a mortgage, Stefan who works independently can also find very competitive rates - I did my own extensive research and couldn’t better his! In short, if you are selling/buying/renting you will get an exceptional experience with this Co who strive to go the extra mile and achieve just that.

It is a real pleasure to be able to give Hindhead Property in Plymouth an excellent review, as so often sales and letting agents come under a lot of criticism.
The keenness of the staff to get your property on the market and let is exemplary - quick, friendly and thoroughly efficient. All the rules and regulations are followed to the letter, and progress reported at every stage.
Our experience with them cannot be faulted.

I viewed many properties to buy with Hindhead each and every time Ti Bolt and the team were friendly, approachable, honest, highly knowledgeable on every property and turned up on time.

Seeing this professional approach first hand prompt me to sell one of my properties with them. The pictures and description Jess did were top drawer, really showing the true assets of the property.

My property had keen interest within hours of going live inturn sold within Two-Three weeks. They were honest with the buyer as well as me to my position with regards to when I could move out and into my onward chain, which meant there was no disappointment on either side hence sell going through smoothly.

Hindhead’s follow up was also great throughout this process. I have already recommended them to friends, family and clients.

In summary, I will personally be using them again in the future, I think this says it all.
