My product was lost in transit with aus post and when i emailed the team there were very quick to respond trying to investigate and replied promptly and always checked in , when they also couldn't find out where ut was they shipped me a new package straight away and checked in with me to make sure i had received it . Their customer service is excellent. My parcel was delivered to wrong address by the courier company and they were not able to locate my parcel. It was neither my nor Himalayan healing shilajit’s mistake. However the company re shipped the product which I ordered without any additional cost.
