Always buy Hills own brand kibble for my 2 whippets. Its the only brand that has helped my rescue dogs digestion. Really helpful staff and a great range of products. They have a loyalty scheme which is great. Parking is free and simple. It's great to have a local pet shop that you know you can trust.

Order on time great coat for the price. Tried other retailers but didn't come any where near.

Unreliable avoid if you can,
It’s not so much about the quality of the cat food,
It’s nonexistent stock levels,
My cat is on prescription diet, after being ill for long time with food allergies, we tried many different diets, which just made him ill, my cat finally ate the wet ZD food, and keeping his allergies at bay, finally his stalls improved and he stopped losing weight, the specialist vets said he will need to be on this diet for life!
So basically it’s a life and death situation for my cat, this food is not available anywhere, I contacted hills about my concerns and explained that I don’t want them see my cat get ill again that it’s life of death situation and I don’t really want to put my cat to sleep, a month later I got reply from them,
Hills apologised for late reply which may of resulted me putting my cat to sleep,
And that there’s no stock of this food
It has all been recalled for qualities reasons and that the food should be available by the end of the year ,
That’s complete joke!!!
It’s not like it’s happened over night, they must of been aware of this process,
I’m switching brands now for all my other cats as they can eat other brands
Hills is unreliable, if your able to switch brands you should,
But I’m at the mercy of hills with my cat with allergies,
Not sure what to do now ,
I think as it’s cat food and not human food they think it’s acceptable for me to put my cat to sleep,
I’m going to have to watch him get ill again to find another food which is a lengthy and costly process,
All thanks to putting trust in hills pets food .

Always awful and arrogant customer service. Go somewhere they value your custom and give them your money hills clearly don’t need it.
