i originally enquired about a different property which i went to visit but in the end i decided that that property wasn’t the right one for me. shortly after, mr uwais patel from hills estate reached out to me regarding another property they had available. he proceeded to send me videos of the property with all the information i needed about the rent, furnish type etc. the viewing was a very easy process and the moving in process was swift and efficient. i am now very happy at my new place and the landlord is really lovely, thank you again uwais for all your help 🙏🏻

Great service again from Uwais at Hills. Uwais brought lots of viewings in and generated multiple offers very quickly at the asking price. Great communication throughout and very competitive fees. I like how Uwais and Hills just get on with it unlike other agents I have dealt with, and get the viewings and offers in first rather than focus on fees and locking you into a contract. This is the second time we have gone through Hills and will definitely use them going forwards every time!

I recently purchased a probate property advertised by Hills Estates. The case prolonged for 18 months due to the inefficiency and lethargic service by the vendor's solicitor. Uwais from Hills Estate was very resilient and thoroughly professional. Throughout the journey, he constantly chased all the vendor's stakeholders (vendor's solicitor, the housing association, the management agent etc) to keep the case progressing.
