Do not buy!!!! Absolute junk. My son worked hard to save money and spend it on an e bike he did his research and decided to get a hikers k6s and initially he loved it but after just a few rides it started to show its cheap parts. The rear swing arm is complete junk. The bushing they install will maybe last you a week like ours and then be completely unrideable. The bushing is garbage and the single rear shock offers no support so this is a design flaw. The company has been shit to deal with email only. They offered me 50 bucks off my now broken and unrideable bike as a compensation for a bike less than 30 days old. I asked for replacement parts and they told me to squirt some adhesive into the bushing to fix it. 🙄worst customer service and product I’ve ever dealt with. Will be disputing this rip off company.

I own 3 Hikeep bikes: one K6 Mini and two K6-S. The K6 mini needed custom spacers to align the rear and crank sprocket since the chain kept popping off. Now the rear wheel sits Offset to the right and is not aligned with the middle of the bike. Poor quality control. Poor quality thin tubes and tires have had many flats. Had to change to thicker tubes and tires. K6-S rear swing arm is crooked due to broken swing arm bolt bushing. Only 100 miles. The kickstand bracket snapped leaving a massive hole in the swing arm, too, revealing cheap pewter metal. The other K6-S has intermittent controller communication error due to tightly packed wiring and electrical shorts. Both bikes had rattling controllers under the seats which needed securing. The front forks do not compress hardly at all and the rear spring compresses too much. Hikeep provided no help and told me to fix them myself even when they're only 1 month old with 50 to 100 miles. Search elsewhere for higher quality bikes.

My son road his new K6-S Max and the rear motor core went out within the first 2 weeks. 2minths later and we are Still waiting on the new one to get shipped with no date being told to us. Warranty says they ship within 30 days. False

Customer service has been good we need to replace brake pads and are working with them now to do that. My11 year old son has been riding this everyday with friends and to school.

Picked up the MA-S and so far it’s been a great ride. The off-road performance is impressive — handles rough terrain confidently thanks to the full suspension and fat tires, and the speed is no joke. Acceleration feels strong and the bike has plenty of power for trails and longer rides.

Build quality looks solid out of the box and the styling is honestly one of the coolest in this category. Ordering and shipping went smoothly too.

Holding back the 5th star only because I haven’t had it long enough to speak to long-term durability, battery longevity, or how it holds up over time. So far though, no complaints. I’ll come back and update this review once I’ve put more miles on it.

Bike has been a joy to ride. Make sure you tighten all visible bolts. Bike shakes bolts loose after time. I virtually had to blue lock tight everything. I have taken this bike on Mountain trails Sandy Beaches, and smooth roadways. The bike has always gotten me where I needed to go. I suggest also applying a protection plan because I had motor issues and Allstate stood by my side through the entire replacement process.
The bike also gets a lot of attention due to its moped styling and 20 x 4 fat tires. I found that the perfect blend between fun and efficiency is pedal assist three paired with seventh gear on the shifter. My bike gets me everywhere I need to go you really appreciate the mobility when you hit downtown Atlanta traffic and you can just breeze through to your destination. Order a couple of inner tubes and some spare grip if you have the money because you will absolutely need these eventually please ride responsibly and always wear your helmet because as bikers you are always at risk. Thank you for taking time to read this review. My bike is a starter level K6L with 1000 W/1500 W peak power. try to aim for this or higher for the right amount of speed and torque.

I recently purchased 2 Mas Sport ebikes and one of them arrived with a bent frame. I reached out immediately after noticing and was told to send pics and video which I provided, now I am being ghosted by them. I will now have to dispute the charges on my credit card. Buyer beware!!

MA-S PANDA. NOT 60v, its 52v (look on the battery and controller) front forks are absolutely stiff. My Hydraulic brakes came with air inside them which absolutely weakened my braking performance and time. All mud gaurd/fender plastics snapped from quality. kinda wish it had signals. I need a bike to keep up and I do jumps and dirt which soon I snapped the stock pedals then 4 more pedals. The battery is INCREDIBLY loose and shakes, the one key lock to the frame NOT enough

my kickstand came loose and bit into my motor cable and now its shuttering which has sadly put my daily riding to an end currently. haven't heard back from support team about neither mud gaurd plastics or motor for days now.

So great while it lasted, for now, I'm on pause bc motor

The bike was great for the first 2 weeks. After that everything started to go wrong. The throttle broke. Bought a new one. After it was fixed the battery won't work or the wiring has an issue. Emailed multiple times. Was told to put an outlet tester to make the outlet was good. Obviously the outlet is good, it works for charging the battery among everything else that gets plugged into it. Needless to say warranties are a joke! Less then a month of having it no longer works. Another waste of hard earned money.

First I want to say. That I absolutely love my MS pro. Amazing quality great breaks and suspension. I have the Vampire. Eventually I’m going to get the MAD. It moves like a dream. Loving my experience.

It has power, but the battery has never been removed, I've brought it to a lock Smith and an ebike mechanic, and neither could get it out. Now I have lighting issues, and it might be a simple fix, but because I can't access the brain box I bought battery lighting. Smh
Would be an awesome little ride. Wish I could give a better review.

The only issue is the nuts on the seat all fell off. I bought some lock nuts that should have been used. Other than that it's great. Only goes about 15 miles full speed without pedal assist.

The Hikeep K6-T is a good budget dual motor e-bike. Although its range is more realistically about 20-30 miles even in “ideal conditions,” it is a very fun ride. The suspension is very stiff though and was the first thing I upgraded. It was very rough with bumps.

We got two of the MA-S for christmas. The black bike has held up great, the white one has had numerous nuts and bolts (not installed by us) fall out. We had the rear hub motor stud/bolt snap where the wire enters the motor. We have been trying to contact HiKeep with no reply other than “please provide information so we can help” like the multiple I’ve already sent with pictures were never received. Also the suspension is incredibly stiff. Maybe someone will reach out and help

Bike stops when going up a steep hill. Not enough power!

I have had my Hikeep KL6 for 4,500 miles and am happy with it. I've had a few flat tires a few times that's all.

Overall the bike performs at expected.. Have had multiple parts fall apart due to quality issues.. and I had to pay for a new kickstand when the previous crumbled apart. Couldn't even get replacement nuts for the seat studs when they all disentigrated at the same time. Had to by a fastner kit at Walmart when they wanted to charge me for replacement nuts

Bikes nice.. took longer then expected to assemble but also went well so far really nice,price is fair as compared to..
