Made a genuine mistake in trying to order from this company, and immediately contacted ‘support’ to try and resolve. Whilst I understood their response meant they couldn’t help me their reply was rude and abrasive. I have never dealt with such rude customer service. Avoid.

so-called free trial for 7 days. It lated less than 7 seconds! CROOKS. stay away. criminals

So far, I have only tried the 7 days free trial. I have tested HRA through their Microsoft Windows app and via my Auralic Aries streamer. The windows app was OK but not fantastic. Streaming HRA via Auralic was a very pleasant experience and the sound quality of the HRA streaming service is excellent, as expected. The HRA music catalogue is significantly smaller compared to what the big streaming companies offer. So, you might have to combine HRA with another service - free or paid - depending on your needs. I would very much like to see an app for iPhone/iPad. That is still missing as fare as I can tell.

Have tried to download my purchase and nothing happens so I have given up completely....I'm a pensioner and have paid for something I haven't received ...so disappointed.

I ordered an album from HIGHRESAUDIO.com which was clearly marked and advertised as an MQA recording.
But all I received was an ordinary .flac file.
When I contacted HIGHRESAUDIO support about the problem,
they told me, that the MQA marking was a mistake. That was it. They didn't do anything to correct their error. No refund or compensation in any way. Not even an apology.
I do not and cannot recommend HIGHRESAUDIO.com or their services

I only started buying downloads from this Company very recently. I was very pleased to discover from its excellent website that it sold many downloads in DSD format, which in my opinion is the best digital format by a wide margin, especially for classical music and jazz. I had a problem with one of the purchased downloads, but this was resolved speedily and with great efficiency.

I will certainly use this website again and it is highly recommended by me.

They invoiced me for a lower amount than they charged my paypal account. I pointed this out seeking a refund and they became exceptionally rude. I have now reported them to trading standards - AVOID
