I received a call from the company informing me that the item I had originally ordered was out of stock. Instead of leaving me disappointed, they were proactive and offered me a discount on an alternative product that suited my needs just as well. Their communication throughout the process was excellent.
Once the order arrived, the company continued to check in with me, especially when we encountered some issues with the delivery carrier, who had unfortunately left the product outside in an unsuitable spot. Their willingness to stay in touch and make sure everything was sorted really impressed me.
Sadly, when it came time to install the flooring, we discovered water damage that made it impossible to fit. Despite this being completely outside their control, the company handled the situation brilliantly. They were understanding, supportive, and immediately offered a full refund without any hassle.

I bought enough flooring for 4 large rooms, cost me a fortune. Not one room has survived. I dropped a spoon in the kitchen and it took a big chunk out of it. Every room has chunks out of the floor I haven't even dropped anything. I asked them if I could steam clean the floor, they said yes. If you looked in the light the edges had bubbles on them before I even cleaned them. Now it has bubbled up everywhere. the joins don't fit together properly. It moves about because it has not got anything to click together. I tried to complain, but they were not interested. Very poor quality. Really nasty product. It might be better quality from another company. Don't waste your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Had the white high gloss flooring I had this previously down from some where else it was a magnificent floor which lasted me years they no longer had this flooring in stock so I found floor less flooring and omg !! Absolutely rip offs the floor you could not drop a pound on because I can assure you it would dent or make a hole in the flooring. In comparison with my old flooring it’s cheap an nasty slight thing touched the floors there’s holes and dents never ever seen anything like it it doesn’t even clip together right ! Stay clear from this company

Not impressed with customer service. Paid for flooring, no contact for two weeks from the company. After emailing to ask what's happening, I'm told the product isn't in stock. No mention of this until I had to ask and refund only started.

Ordered from FF around 3 years ago - the flooring still looks brand new. An excellent product.

Just laid this down during lockdown - really has transformed the room.

Pricey but really recommend the Icelandic flooring. really is a game changer.

Looking forward to finishing the rest of the room.

Note: Delivery is via pallet, which was delivered kerbside! Must admit each pack is quite heavy.

I ordered the white high gloss flooring and it went yellow so had to re order and pay again after they had told me the new flooring had a different covering on top and the same thing has happened again
Would not recommend this company or their flooring to anyone

This guy is an idiot..after waiting ten days and with the order having passed its delivery date, they apparently wanted a mobile number for the carrier and had asked 3 times for the number..well not to me they didnt and they seemed incapable of sorting it and sending the goods so i def wouldnt recommend to any1 else and they have just wasted my time but fortunately not my money and glad to cancel it!

Recently purchased flooring from the website - which was the High Gloss in White- All I can say it just looks magnificent.

My daughter, wanted her room re-done and really wanted something different. As a photographer, she wanted something that is bright and would show off the walls. I can successfully say that the the room now has that "WOW" factor and just simply makes the whole room shine.

Price - £26.25 per pack

Total Spent - 12 Packs inc. Delivery - £344.99

Delivery - The flooring came on a pallet, secured tightly, 3 days after ordering. All for the reasonable price £29.99. Delivery company also phoned me when to expect delivery, so had plenty of time to arrange for someone to accept the pallet.

Installation - Had some underlay and that is all I needed. The flooring is very easy and clicks in with no effort. All I had to do was use the flooring tap hammer to make it nice and tight.

After - I was genuinely scared about spillages and maintenance, especially with someone who has drinks and coloured products but it's actually been very easy to clean and maintain.

This has been extremely beautiful flooring at a very very reasonable price.

I now have one happy daughter and Wife, who wants another room done with high gloss flooring.
