Appalling Customer Service!
I had an appointment for a hearing test in the Limerick Hidden Hearing clinic today. The Receptionist phoned me in advance (yesterday) to confirm my appointment for the hearing test. I would like to say that the Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I drove into Limerick City especially for this appointment and parking was very hard to find. When I was called in to the room I was informed that I would not be having a hearing test today. I received no apology and the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and difficult to deal with. I will not be recommending Hidden Hearing to anyone in the future and also I mentioned to another member of my family who is a client of Hidden Hearing that I was treated very badly today by a member of staff and we are definitely considering not remaining clients of Hidden Hearing.

Hidden hearing Liffey Valley
From the first phone call to book appointment to walking in the door to meeting Ciara to Greg who looked after my mam extremely well. My mam was so nervous and was calmed instantly. Greg was very professional, kind, caring and understanding. My mam life has changed with the care and the hearing aids she was given.
