Paying above the odds

It seems to me that if everyone who goes on there - I tried from a number of different computers and email addresses -gets a 10% discount and then an offer of 20% at the check out and AGAIN by email if you double your order.
That means that the 20% off price is the REAL price of the products.
I think it's sad that black people alwas pay over the odds for goods and supporting black owned business is not going to make you pay any less in fact you're likely to be paying more.
I'm going to give the products a try. What I bought should last for 9 months.
But I have to say the testimonial photos don't really help at all

The hair products are amazing

The hair products are amazing, i had already given up hope of hair ever growing back but due to religiously buying and using the supplement and hair stimulant, i finally am happy with where my hair is going. Definitely looking forward to having my head full again....

The product works, be patient

For the first time I have found products that are suitable for my scalp and hair, especially since I always have an itchy scalp. The products works, but you have to be patient. Remember, for people who are suffering from alopecia, that we did not lose our hair in a day, do not expect the product to work in a day also. Relax and be patient, stress is the number one enemy for hair loss.

no communication or items received

Order was done on 25-12-24, payment made etc

initially emails were sent re status but as soon as the "10 days processing time" they mention passed by, total silence. No answers to emails, no answers to whatsapp, no answer if you phone

everyone can understand that you are a small team but it doesnt stop you from communicating with customers

in the end, i got the below email. please, for emphasis, no one has a problem with the size of your team or holidays, but if you are unable to respond to emails or whatsapp messages, then please dont advertise these as options to reach you, rather just admit that you suck at communication so we dont waste our energy.. please do better at your communication coz it currently sux

Great products and not expensive

I ordered these products with the earlier formulation and enjoyed them. I used these products because of a YouTuber and am glad that I tried them. The products came swiftly and I used everything completely (except still have some butter left). I just re-ordered and am looking forward to the new formulation as this company is not afraid of utilizing customer feedback. Will definitely. order from them again.

Scammers!

De 5 sterren reviews hierboven zijn nep klanten. Dit bedrijf is een scam. Ik ben zelf woonachtig in Nederland, maar ze nemen telefonisch niet op en reageren niet op de whatsapp en email.

Echte reviews zie de 1 sterren commentaren.

Betaald maar geen bestelling.
Wanneer je contact probeert op te nemen, wordt er niet gereageerd.
Bestelling is niet te volgen.

Op social media doen ze allemaal leuk en aardig, maar het is allemaal fake!

Bestel hier vooral niet het is een SCAM!

Update 1 oktober: Nadat je een onderzoek laten starten. Nemen ze wel ineens contact met je op. Chat medewerker is zeer onprofessioneel, er wordt gevraagd om deze recensie te verwijderen om maar goed op de kaart te blijven.

Waarschijnlijk zullen ze hieronder reageren met dat ik de boeman ben. De keuze is verder aan jullie. Maar ik zou twee keer nadenken voordat je hier besteld!

To anyone reading this, here is a transparent summary of the events:

The customer placed an order on Wednesday and received an order confirmation email, which clearly stated that our processing time is 1–10 business days.

On Friday night at 10:30 PM, the customer contacted us via WhatsApp.

On Monday morning, she contacted us again, claiming to have canceled the order with Klarna.

Later that same day (only the 2nd business day after ordering), she posted this negative review.

We attempted to call her on Monday afternoon and also responded to her WhatsApp, but received no reply.

On the 4th business day, the order was shipped. The customer then reacted angrily.

As we received no official cancellation notice from either Klarna or the customer directly, we were contractually obligated to proceed with shipping.

We are a small team of four, managing research, sourcing, production, shipping, and customer service entirely in-house. We always communicate our timelines clearly, but in this case, the customer neither waited for our processing time nor gave us the chance to assist properly.

Regarding allegations of fraud:
All reviews on Trustpilot are genuine and monitored for authenticity. Trustpilot actively removes fake reviews, and companies face penalties for violations under FTC guidelines. Additionally, every review on our website is independently verified through Judge.me. We take pride in maintaining transparency and accountability — feel free to look us up.

I just want to know when my package will ship so I can start tracking. If the package not going to be shipped or the products are out of order at the moment say that so I request a refund but later. True to their word

I just wanted to write a new review for this company. My first review was a negative one focusing mainly on the time it took for me to receive my order and also on the reviews from people who had the same experience. However once the product was finally shipped and received and that I started using it I understand the 5 stars reviews that the company has received. I can see promises on my hair growth. I ordered the follicle stimulant and hair growth booster. I can feel a tingling on my scalp after applying the follicle stimulant and I guess that what I needed for my hair to grow back. The hair growth booster didn’t taste bad either. I will keep an update on my hair journey. This is a genuine product, a genuine company.

These products work just be patient.…

I have been buying products from this company for several years now as I suffered from traction alopecia. The products are not the cheapest however one should expect to pay more for the purely natural ingredients this company uses. My personal hair growth journey has been slow which isn't surprising as I have had alopecia for over 10 years, however in the past year I have seen positive results and my hair is definitely growing back. I am so glad that I stuck with these products and totally believe in their ability to regrow hair. A big thank you to H.H Cosmetics!

Amazing hair products

This is the second bundle of hair products I have bought in the past 3 months. The service and delivery were as I expected and the customer service is fabulous. The hair products are amazing. Nothing has worked for me and this is the first time I can see REAL results . So much so that my daughter thought I had coloured in my hair and realised it was new hair growth. Not a scam!! Follicle stimulant is great!

Ordered 27 April 2024, shipped 13 May and I received it 15 May. Although it took a little time, I received an email letting me know my order will be shipped soon. This product is truly amazing for me. Feels great on my scalp, is not overly greasy and the smell is good. I am not expecting magic because everyone's hair is different but of all the products I have tried, this feels extremely soothing to my scalp. Overall it really moisturises my hair, my scalp feels great when I apply it and massage it to my roots. Definitely going to repurchase.

Overall, I had a positive experience with HH Cosmetics, This company is definitely NOT a scam! I've read some of the negative reviews, and I believe they're a small, busy team that genuinely believes in their products. They're not a faceless corporation; they're real people working hard to deliver quality products.

I've ordered from them twice, and both times, I received my products within 7-10 days, which is impressive considering I'm in Washington DC, and they're based in Holland. My second order experienced a slight delay, but they kept me informed via email. Although I didn't receive a specific response to my email inquiries regarding a separate matter, they explained they were receiving an overwhelming response and recommended using their chat support feature which was responsive and helpful! When you use this feature, you are speaking with a real person. H.H provided a solution that was fair and equitable.

Just to add, I'm not being paid to write this review. I'm a real customer who's had a positive experience with HH Cosmetics on two separate occasions.

Their products are amazing! I had a bald spot for 14 years, and their follicle stimulant cream worked wonders. Within 10-12 days, I saw very fine peach fuzz growing in the area, and I'm excited to continue using their products.

Try not to let the rumors discourage you. The company is legit with exceptional products and service. I highly recommend giving them a try.

My experience has been terrible to…

Your response are all lies. All emails were sent to the email address lindicated on your website and my initial email was responded to, stated that order was delayed, this was updated on the 20.3.24. I have checked the website and the address provided was accurate. Finally this order was made on 6. 3.24 no attempts were made to contact me, updated information stated that order was delayed and new date for delivery will be provided which never happened, so someone is not being honest, furthermore, order was made in early March, we are heading into the month of June, so where is the order, if it hasn't yet been returned. This sounds fishy to me. Please can you provide my refund asap.

My experience has been terrible to date. I made an order for hair growth product in March which have not arrived. I made several attempts to contact customer service via emails and just received automated responses, Now I get complete silence as no one has bothered to get back to me. I need a refund and can't get through to anyone to discuss. I think this is a scam - stay away. I will be taking the matter further if I don not get a response, within the deadline stipulated. I am not happy about this shoddy service received for this being my first and last order.

It really IS A SCAM...non compliance to EU law

I confirm what some have said below: horrible customer service which appears to truly care for their clients but they have put in place a very mischievous strategy regarding cancellations in view of extorting their clients. I placed an order, cancelled before shipment, only to get a response apologizing for delay in shipment. Sent 3 other emails reiterating my cancellation to no avail. Even called their Dutch number which is constantly busy. Long story short, they ended up shipping products a week after I cancelled. And now they are saying that shipping costs are on me, after I send products back I'll get a refund they refuse to acknowledge their errors take responsibility and amend the damage caused. They keep saying standard things like we are a small team with over 1000 emails we don't have time to read them and treat cancellations etc. But they are present on this website responding to people's negative comments, instead of respecting and taking into account customer requests when they cancel their orders.
The problem is they have scammed the wrong person and won't get away with it. If they want their products they will have to pay for shipping. Bu either way, I will use all means to get a refund of the 90€ spent on their products. It's a shame because I'm sure their products are pretty good but I'll never buy again because of this unfortunate scam.

Specifically, "If you buy a product or service online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification." Due to our current capacity constraints, we were unable to process your cancellation request before the package was shipped. Despite numerous notifications (email & texts) from FedEx regarding the delivery, the package was accepted and signed for by you, thereby confirming receipt. It is worth noting that if you were not home as you stated, it was crucial to instruct the individual receiving the package to refuse it, ensuring it would be returned to us for a refund.

STAY AWAY

Update, today i received my refund.

Update: hh cosmetics sent me the order i tried repeayably to cancell. I sent it back the day i received it. Almost two weeks in. I still have not received my refund. Of course i emailed them about my refund, again. No answer...

STAY AWAY, i've have tried to cancell my order and get a refund. I only get automatic replies. I've called, i've sent several emails, i've received total silence. They have no customerservice, they don't comply with the law in the netherlands. It is a terrible company and it feels like a dropshipper. Don't order from them!

Ordered not received

I ordered one of their product end of april, we are the 7th today and no news received about my order.

I have sent an email to ask what is going on, I was not answered but I received an email saying that my order is in preparation (a week later).

I asked for a refund and no answer on that part...

It is eather a scam or a poorly managed company. Eather way, stay away.
