Great website, choice of doors and friendly, reliable service.

Super high quality furniture. Bought a dresser and sofa bed from BRW through Heze. The lady over the phone was insanely nice and done their best to accommodate the delivery time around my hours of work. They were able to divert their driver to make a last effort delivery on end of long day. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Side note: Nostradamus himself would struggle putting some of the BRW dresser together.

I ordered my furniture on the 15th October and received on the 30th of November, I had zero communication other than when I chased it. No explanation given for the wait.

We've got sofa bed. Great product Opens up easily into very comfy double bed. Looks amazing. Communication was great too. Delivery less then 3 weeks.

We have recently received our new Corner Sofa Bed. Just in time to make the heat wave bearable.
From start to finish my wife & I were very happy with the help & assistance given in making our final choice. There are lots of things to consider, so making the trip to store was very helpful for us. We changed our mind several times, had 2 different Corner Sofa Beds in mind & added a recliner before we finalised our choice.
All we had to do was patiently wait for manufacture.
Delivery came a month earlier than predicted, which was great.
Contact was made & Booking delivery slot was quick.
The Delivery Team were fantastic. Polite, Helpful, Considerate & pieced together the Corner Sofa Bed in no time at all.

We ordered a sofabed from this company are are very pleased with it. It was easy to buy from their online shop and I was impressed that I could pay by Paypal. We received email updates and I rang the shop directly to check all was in order. The lady on the phone was most helpful and even gave me a curtesy call the day of the delivery to confirm all was ok as well. The driver who delivered the sofabed was great and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience!

I ordered a shoe cabinet. It was advertised at a lower price than other sites, and it was in stock, unlike almost all other sites. I was reticent to order, but they answered the phone immediately - specified a 2-4 week lead time, but it was delivered 10 days later within the time quoted. Impressed with Heze, Monika and the Fever product which is of higher quality than I'd have expected.

If I could leave a zero I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. I purchased an item online, on receipt the quality was so poor I returned the item in the original packaging, item only out of the box 5 minutes. They acknowledged it had been returned, but said it was damaged, it most certainly was not it went back as it arrived. After some disagreement I agreed to accept a partial refund against my better judgement. They then said their system did. not allow for partial refunds and then promptly closed the return down then ignored me. I have since taken this case to my payment provider who has not had a response from them either. Yesterday the table top arrived back at my house but without the legs!! I will continue to fight for my refund, totally disgusted
