I ordered 3 items and they were delivered within a reasonable time. 2 out of the 3 I need to return but cannot get hold of anyone to answer my queries. Contacted them on their page, email and messenger and nothing.

I placed an order in early April and even paid for fast delivery... 6 weeks later still waiting.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!

Cheap crap from China. Asked to return and got a Chinese address which costs a fortune to return to not worth it. Avoid!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered two pairs of trousers exactly the same size label but completely different size in reality. Material is see through. Bank account was charged more than I was told I would be charged. They’ve ignored my request for a refund and are refusing to have the goods returned as not damaged??? Yet different sizes, poor quality and see through material! Lesson learnt do not buy via Facebook! Company is also obviously not in the UK as items took nearly two weeks to arrive!

Bought several dresses to try on for an event I had coming up, and ended up keeping them all! Loved them all, and the service was fantastic. Will defo be buying again soon! X

Understand the business has had a change of management from recent communication via email. Received my item in good time and received an apology for slow reply on Instagram. Now have a discount code for next order too :)

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I returned a full order on 06/12/21 which came to around £130. I have contacted their customer services a couple of times and received no response or updates. I have commented on Instagram posts and other customers have responded saying they have had the same issue. The comments have since been deleted and I have now been blocked STILL with no updated and my money still being stolen from them!

I returned a few dresses back in December and still haven’t received my refund. I paid for tracked delivery at the post office which says it’s been delivered. I have emailed them several times and no response! DONT SHOP HERE!

I returned my dress back on the 2nd of December because the dress did not look nothing like the picture displayed. It is now the 8th of January and have not received a refund I have still not had any email with information regarding my refund after emailing customer service numerous times. All all honesty I think the website is a scam. Absolutely terrible. Do not shop from here

I ordered a jacket after seeing first order with 5% discount banner with no other explanation. So one naturally understood with giving ones email address as new person one will obtain such discount at the checkout
I went through to them checkout and went through each of the Many steps to see if the next one will inform of such action but was done.
I emailed their customer service who told me NEW information that one has to subscribe to their newsletter to them get a special code to then use at the last step of the checkout process to get the 5% discount. Catch 22 as that email to subscribe came to me only AFTER the first order!
It's ridiculous totally.
Any decent company works Apologize and refund as goodwill gesture the 5% discount on that first order. Matter of his customer service and principle to attract customers to be loyal.
Not impressed at all. Best they remove such offer advertisement. It's clear misrepresentation. It's not discount on the first order but in accepting to subscribe to their junk spam mail list only. What a joke.

I am absolutely obsessed with this brand. Super affordable and the best quality. The fit is always perfect and i’ve never had an issues. Hey Pretty is definitely my new go to for all of my outfits!!!
