I ordered a black Belt with them and first of all had to pay really high import tax (which should be at highest 20% of the order value but in this case it was 40% - note that’s additional to 50€ in shipping fees so a belt that was listed for 80€ ended up costing me 160€). But that’s not the end - they even sent me the wrong item and I sent 2 emails to customer support but they just not respond. Absolutely not recommend shopping with them!!

After lots of problems, now are passed 3 months and I never received my order.

Over time, I have purchased ties and other small accessories. Although the quality of the items was not particularly high, I liked them for their design.

In my latest order (#S45480), I bought 2 ties + International shipment ($50) for a total of $196 and then unexpectedly paid over €80 again in customs fees (something that had never happened in my previous orders with them), for a total of around $130 of shipping fees.

However, upon opening the package, one of the ties was visibly damaged. I contacted customer support via email, but after a week, I still haven't received any response. I tried again and also to other support email addresses, still with no success. I reached out to them on Instagram, and after a few days of waiting, I received a response.

After explaining the issue with attached photos, they promised to send me a replacement. However, once I contacted them again providing my address, they completely stopped responding and providing assistance.
