Helpful to a point, but I ended up doing a lot more research myself for bathroom spotlights which would be safe in a bathroom and that were IP64 / IP44. I didn't want really the ugly dome light which Hexo only recomended, and then spent a lot of time myself researching, as Hexo just had a standard answer and light.

There could have been more flexibilty with the appintment date too, and communications with some people could have been more consistent and friendly. I seemed to have a different person every time I replied to a message so felf that communication was lost each time.

Hexo were very prompt, professional and efficient. We used them to check over a property we were about to rent out and make sure we were compliant. The team were lovely to deal with and we will use them again in the future if we are in need of further testing for sure!

I had booked in for a homebuyers report EICR which I ended up needing to cancel. I tried to call multiple times and was told each time that the person I needed to speak to was unavailable. Eventually I got through to someone a week and a half ago who told me over the phone the booking had been cancelled and that I could expect a refund within 5-7 days. It has now been 10 days and I still have not received email confirmation about the cancellation of any refund.

The team was very quick to call me to book in and asked for 100% of payment before the inspection and now I doesn't seem possible to cancel and get a refund.

I have recently availed their service. Exceptional service, Skilled engineer, prompt in responding queries. I would highly recommend.

My other tenant and I had a very good experience with the Hexo Electrical Testing.
Their representative kindly arranged a convenient time for us to visit the apartment. The electricians completed the work very quickly and answered many of our questions.
Overall, we were very impressed with their work, and we would gladly use them again if we needed any work done.

Good and efficient service, came to our home twice and the tests that had to be carried out was done smoothly. Only had minor communication issues on the first appointment - seems there was miscommunications between the company and the technicians but it was sorted in the end.

We have had two visits from them and had a great experience.
After the first visit I was promptly updated on the issue we had and provided the full details of the issue to the estate agent.
Following this, they came back, an appointment was fixed but they couldn’t show up due to other priorities. I was informed of the same and we rescheduled the visit. They were on time on the 2nd visit and the job was done in no time.

The whole process was carried out in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
