Having just completed my first week on the New Entrant Gas Engineer MLP, I can honestly say the amount I’ve learned already has been incredible. Spencer delivers the training in a way that keeps every session engaging and enjoyable, and he’s always willing to revisit topics until everyone feels confident.

The whole team has been welcoming, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the course. If you’re considering completing your ACS qualifications and want professional, informative training in a positive environment, I’d highly recommend choosing this centre.

Just finished my first week of the ACS Gas Course with Spencer Wells doing the training. Great so far. Learned a lot very quickly and enjoying it more than I thought (given I’m essentially going back to school). Looking forward to next week.

I recently completed Module One at Herts Energy Academy with Spencer Wells. Spencer was professional, clear, and supportive throughout the course, making the material easy to understand. I really enjoyed the training and would highly recommend both Spencer and Herts Energy Academy

Just finishing first week of GAS COURSE. I've learnt so much in such a short space of time. Spencer has made everything interesting and goes back over stuff as much as you require. If you want your ACS and informative training, this is the place to choose.

I do not recommend this place; I feel scammed. They practically stole my money. I wanted to take a gas engineering course with this training center. I spoke with Michael, and he told me that to secure a spot, I should put down a deposit. However, I wasn't sure I could take the course because I needed my boss to give me the necessary time off to attend the classes. I told Michael that if I couldn't attend, I would have to cancel the course. He replied that there was no problem, but he never mentioned that my deposit wouldn't be refunded. Eleven business days later, without having signed any documents, I confirmed to Michael that I couldn't take the course because I couldn't get the necessary time off. He took five days to respond, saying that they couldn't refund my money for a course that starts in September.

Just finished the Hiu course with Dave the trainer was excellent and very helpful for anyone and the girls in the office are fantastic and professional highly recommended for anyone thinking of doing course there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a really good experience doing my HIU training course with Dave very knowledgeable tutor and easy to understand . The girls at the reception were very helpful with any questions I had as it’s my first time at Herts energy.

Excellent course with an experienced and very helpful tutor. Learned many technical things about HIUs and I can definitely recommend this HIU course.

I competed the HIU course. Teacher was very helpful and friendly. The course was very detailed and gave me more of an understanding about servicing and maintenance.

The staff had excellent servicr. Tutors do know exactly what they are talking about so there is no worry on whether or not you are getting your money's worth!

Had a great time at the center whilst completing the HIU certification course.

Dave Rowlings, our trainer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire course.

HEA delivered a very comprehensive HIU course that covered everything ranging from heat network principles to hands-on installations, servicing, and other fault finding. Understanding the mix of theoretical and practical training across different systems gave me the real confidence booster I needed to apply these skills on-site. My instructor, Dave, was incredibly helpful throughout the course and took the time to explain things clearly, making sure everyone understood the technical and practical aspect
