Don't want to even give 1 star -100% would be better option. Dress ordered 29th Jan rec 21st March after tales of shipping Co assigning wrong tracking number 65 e mails sent dress has hole in it and is nothing like it shows in online video. Offered me £2 compensation then £4 which I have refused. Give impression of UK Co which there not. Don't use these people it's clearly scam company awful products no customer service and definitely not uk based. Stay well away

If I could put zero I would. The dress was advertised as a stretchy, casual and flowy dress however the dress that came was like a cheap shower curtain, really short, no stretch. Even made the swishy noise when it moves. Customer service for refund is a series of links that expire too quickly, if they ever were real. Still trying to get a refund.

Can’t put zero ! Ordered a “ wrap red dress” off an advert on Instagram, waited over a month for it to be delivered, sizing is completely off, material is NOTHING like the video, it’s not stretchy good quality material as shown, it’s thin, cheap nylon, not even good enough to donate to charity ! I’ve raised a complaint with PayPal as the site kept telling me to keep it, or they’ll charge me for shipping !! Cheeky ***** so rude when I complained !! Never order anything from here, I’ve been scammed, and I’m usually so careful.

Dress ordered nothing like the dress I saw advertised on Instagram, took weeks for it to arrive from USA, awful cheap material, was gutted when it arrived, as soon as I seen it, I knew this was not the dress I ordered. Waste of money, do not order from these, just seen all the bad reviews saying the same thing.

I ordered two dresses on 25 Feb because they looked lovely in the video which popped up on Facebook. I thought I was ordering from a UK company. Within the hour I noticed I had been charged more than expected (turned out to be tax which they did actually refund eventually when I queried it) so I immediately requested to cancel the order. Unsurprisingly the next day they said that they were unable to cancel it. I've received the dresses today. They are horrible. Bad sizing/fit. Weird material that sort of reminds me of umbrellas or tents. Doesn't hang/move anything like in the video. There aren't enough hours in the day for me to go through the hassle of getting in contact with that company again. I'll put it down to experience and learn from this big mistake.

Ordered a dress which based on the advert looked really lovely and suggested it was a UK site. Completely wrong about both - dress was sent from USA and was just awful, cheap quality and nothing like the photos/videos. It was also lacking the bottom tier of fabric clearly shown, so was much shorter. I contacted the company who just kept saying, “The product is correct” and told me it would be in my best interests to keep it! After much discussion I claimed through PayPal which refunded the full cost.

Dress arrived-nothing like the product advertised with 1/3 of the fabric used compared to the ad. Charged me more than advertised-from USA-knew this was going to be shambolic. Don’t bother with this company or anything it provides!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Awful, ordered two dresses which was falsely advertised, they were very cheaply made and nothing like the photos. Made contact with company, refusing to send returns information. Customer service is awful, scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Agree with all these reviews my dress came today nothing like the pictures material is c... I have emailed for a refund but reading these reviews I'm not expecting a reply...giving it to charity shop, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a dress on 25Feb, and leaving on holiday and dress not her yet. The tracking is only updated every 3 days and it had arrived in UK more than one week ago and still not with me. Support is handled by robotic answers, if you want a dress for this summer, it's too late.

Dress sounded like a nylon crisp packet. Very bad quality.
They refunded me £4 abd told ne to return to China!!!

Only giving one star as there's no option for zero. Please avoid at all costs, it's a scam! Dresses are nothing like the advert, cheap and horrible material, wouldn't give them to a charity shop!! Customer service is disgusting, won't give me a return address, keep fobbing me off saying the items sent are correct and offered me 2GBP as compensation and to keep them!! This is still ongoing as I write this. They must pay people to write fake reviews on their site on Facebook, shouldn't be allowed to get away with this, people work hard for their money 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Please do not order from here. I ordered 2 and receives them today after waiting i 7 weeks. Started an issue with paypal requested a refund they then suddenly appeared.
All emails said sorry please be patient (the cheek of it) you will love it.
I hate them, the material is awful nothing like the swingy material seen on the adverts. All the review must be fake, in my opinion this is someone ordering from shein or temu and making a massive profit.
Also my tracking said parcel strated in China!!! Then went to the US!!!! before coming a month later to the UK. They also took £8 more than the stated price. Will be trying to get a refund.

I have been waiting 18 weeks for my order and it's saying my goods are in Edinburgh they have been there since 26th Feb,the courier email doesn't exist.Why do I never learn ordering from these sites.I work to hard for my money !!!

Awful, I also had no idea my order was coming from the USA, It took over 8 weeks, My holiday came and went! the dress arrived today and I haven't opened it as I don't need it now. It looks like cheap crap though the bag. I have emailed them to ask how I return, having read the reviews I'm not sure if I'll hear back now.
I'm going to talk to trading standards.

Would have done no stars if it were possible. Ordered in January, arrived yesterday. Nothing like the dress advertised at all. Fabric is hard to describe, plastic like and shiny, a scam. Not acceptable at all.
I imagine the 5 star reviews aren’t real?
Will go straight in my recycling bag, can’t imagine how I would get a refund

Awful, waited 6 weeks on a dress for it to appear and look nothing like pictures. Tacky, no stretch, contrary to the reviews saying wonderful, comfy stretch dress. Put it in bin as they do not do returns. Offered me £2 back. They don't tell you it's from China. Stay away.
