Henry Adams without doubt appear to have their finger on the trigger in terms of availability. If there's a property you need, chances are they'll have it! The Chichester office has maximum presence with large windows and pay & display right round the corner. I have been dealing with Monique who has been genuinely interested in my situation and I look forward to relying on them for my new home!
The Lettings team are very friendly, helpful and kind. They really try to make the stressful situation of finding a new property easy and straightforward. I appreciate their professionalism and humanity.
From the first contact to the final transaction I cannot fault the communication and professionalism shown by Nick and his team in the letting department, Chichester. A strong shout out goes to Charlie Slater who was excellent and a real pleasure to work with.

We have now secured our rental property through Henry Adams and I can honestly say a professional but friendly service from the first viewing to collecting the keys to our new home. We delt with Charlie Salter through the process and he was understanding, informative and very pleasant from start to finish. I dont often write reviews but thought Henry Adams and the great staff deserved a good review as we are absolutly delighted with our new home.

Dealt with roxy at Bognor branch helped me find a lovley home in felpham, only had a week or so to find a place as I had sold mine and I was lucky enough to get it because of her me and the kids love the house .Also thank you to Rachel with all my questions! Big thank you guys!

We cannot recommend Henry Adams highly enough. They were kind, thoughtful, patient, so efficient and quick to respond and act on our behalf. We have the house of our dreams and owe it all to Charlie. Matt has been wonderful at answering all our questions now we are moved in. We are over the moon.

I have recently changed to Henry Adams being the managing agent for my rental property due to issues I had with the previous managing agent.
The staff in the Storrington branch have all been fantastic. They have answered any queries quickly and efficiently. They found a new tenant in a short space of time. Any maintenance queries have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
I swapped to them in November 22 and already they have surpassed the previous managing agent by miles.
Alex and all the lettings team have been amazing. They are a small team but all have a knowledge of what is going on with each property.
I now complete trust and confidence with the way my property is being managed.

I am writing this review to express my utter distaste and disbelief at the customer service I have received from this business. I recently enquired regarding an apartment which had been advertised by your team on Rightmove and which I was very interested in renting. Therefore I called your team immediately to arrange a viewing. I managed to secure the first viewing of the apartment within the earliest time slot. Once this was arranged (as it was days in advance of the viewing appointment) I had time to think it over and didn’t want to take the chance of losing this property so I once again communicated with your team to see whether I could put an offer in without viewing the apartment as I was happy with the photos posted on the site. I was told that it is not possible and that I need to view the apartment first. After viewing the apartment I spoke to your office immediately to put in an offer and I even went over and above the asking price to secure the property. I was told my offer will be put through to the landlord and I would get an answer the following day. The following day, I had heard nothing, no communication whatsoever so once again I rang your office around midday to ask for an update. I was told the person dealing with it was not in that morning which is why there is a delay but he would get back to me in the afternoon. There was still no communication. I called the office again at around 3:30pm for an update after the flat status had miraculously changed to ‘let agreed’ online. I was then informed that the status was updated to stop further enquiries but they’ve not come to a decision yet but someone will call me back by the end of day (6pm). I can’t help but think that this is not true as every time I communicated it seemed like I was bothering them and was an inconvenience asking for an update on my offer when I was promised a call that day. All I wanted was an update! Fast forward to 5:30pm I call again and was told that a message has been passed for someone to call me back urgently before 6pm. I didn’t receive any call, as expected. The following morning I hoped someone would get back to me first thing having passed the message the following evening… but no call once again. I then called up at 10:45am to be told “We’ve just taken a holding deposit and unfortunately the landlord did not choose you. We were actually about to call you right now!” (Hmm, sure). I wasn’t given any other information and the lady on the phone rushed to end the call but said they would call me back if anything changes. In my humble opinion, they had already earmarked this property for somebody else prior to the viewings. After having to call up 4 times for an update I don’t believe anyone will contact me. I have provided my phone number and email also but I seem to be ignored. I work in a very similar industry and I understand things can get busy, however ignoring someone for over 24 hours and then to be bluntly told their application did not go through is quite rude and disrespectful. Total waste of time and terrible communication. Avoid this letting agency at all costs.

Kevin, from Selsey branch was so friendly at first but when I chose to go elsewhere due to massively better rates I got an unpleasant and upsetting reply. I complained to the CEO and had an apology from him, not Kevin of course but as a result it appears I've been 'blacklisted'. Up to the point of complaint I had received multiple properties to view with Henry Adams but nothing since. This appears malicious and extremely unprofessional.
Please don't use Henry Adams in Selsey.
