I rarely write bad reviews because I can't be bothered to waste my time documenting bad service that has ALREADY wasted my time. But this experience was so bad I had to come here and warn the rest. The discovery call was great, I gave them the timeline I needed work to be done and it was all agreed upon. AFTER I paid, I was assigned to Sarwar Sayeed. Not only was he incompetent and gave me the wrong advice, he kept on delaying the call due to "personal reasons". When we finally got on the call, he had absoluetly NOTHING done. I had more done with 1hr of chatgpt. He then said to have the work done in the timeline I required another 3k needed to be paid, RIGHT NOW. The most horrible service I've had. Mark Henderson was great, but the people who work for him are rude and the professionalism is 0.

We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously. Unfortunately, despite using Trustpilot's Request Information process, the reviewer chose not to provide sufficient information to identify the engagement or enable us to investigate the matters raised.
We have conducted a comprehensive review of our client records, engagement letters, proposals, invoices and correspondence but have been unable to identify any engagement matching the allegations contained within this review.
In particular, we have found no record of an additional £3,000 fee being proposed or charged in connection with any engagement matching the circumstances described. Our practice is that any work outside the agreed scope is always discussed with the client in advance and formally quoted before any work proceeds.
The former member of staff referred to is no longer employed by our firm. Since that time, we have significantly strengthened our recruitment, supervision, quality control and client communication procedures.
We remain committed to investigating any genuine complaint thoroughly and would welcome the opportunity to do so should the reviewer contact us directly with sufficient information to identify the engagement.
