Great customer service. It would be better if shipping happened on the day the order was placed, whenever possible. I use this product medicinally to help with sleep and nervous restlessness, and it interacts with some of my prescription medications, so I need to keep the dose as consistent as possible.

I ordered And paid for the muscle rub and I was sent an email to say you are no longer selling to the public which is utter crap. You must handpick your customers maybe??? Very disappointed I did not receive this product. I had researched many products and this particular one resonated with me the most. And NZ made. Such a shame.

We thank you for your feedback and we're sorry we could not fulfill your expectations in this case.
That said, in the same email you've received informing you that the product was no longer available, we also gave you the option to replace the muscle rub with another New Zealand-made brand.
It was your decision not to accept our suggestions and on that occasion, you've asked for a full refund which was given to you and no further questions were asked, so the accusation of handpicking our customers would make no sense here.
Unfortunately, that company stopped making their products and they are no longer supplying shops with their range so there's absolutely nothing we can do about it apart from trying to find a replacement which we did.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience but we also would like to highlight the fact that although you did pay for your purchase, you were also given options and as per your decision, you have received a full refund of the amount paid including shipping fees.
