What made my experience amazing is the customer service that I received. However, another thing is my financial advisor is amazing and she's always available and make sure that I understand what's going on with my credit score. I’ve worked with multiple agency’s trying to rebuild my credit but I wanted to give Helping hands financials a try. From the initial consultation to the onboarding everything has been great! I could already tell this company is different and in a good way! They didn’t come off as pushy, you can tell they genuinely want to help their customers and I’m glad I’m made the choice.
