Huge thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me yesterday with my move. They were extremely accommodating and great company on the journey. Thanks also for being so patient with me running around getting organized before the trip. Best wishes.

Completely negative experience. Two random men in a van turn up late and don’t handle furniture with care. They took a run of stuff from our old house to our new house and we had paid for 2 hours assumed as it taken 50 minutes when they left new house they would come back to old house they didn’t they just left. Customer services were rude and aggressive when approached about it. Upon getting to. We house not only was our furniture damaged the way they stood up against the new freshly pained walls left marks on the wall.

I was both shaken and disgusted by the customer services reply’s to my polite yet firm messages.

Will never use this company again.

You get what you pay for this world and this was a service cheap in cost and cheap in service provided.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I really do believe that this is how a company like this keeps a high value - they pretend taht they do not know who is compaining to TrustPilot and so the 'request more information' scam so that they can remove your compaint and so their rating remains way above what t should be. How many others complaines you lost them a customer for £162 that day? Maybe quite a few knowing that service.
