Order from this company for the very first time. Unfortunately there was a delivery hiccup (guessing by the currier). So I emailed the company to inform them and ask if there's anything they could help with. Even though it was weekend they have responded within couple of hours! They were very helpful, replies were super fast, offered replacement, even added a little gift. I couldn't be happier with their customer service - absolutely amazing! Products are genuine and packed nicely. Such warm and lovely company. Will definitely be buying again and recommend you do the same! Thank you!

Great quality products
Lovely products and very cute packaging :) They gave me a wrong facemask by accident, but it was dealt with fairly quickly with a refund !
