I had to request a refund from them and honestly , it was the smoothest process I've had in ages. I wasnt using the service and they canceled without a single fuss-no endless questions, n o hoops to jump thru. It s like they actually trust their customers. I initially had some difficulty navigating the app and decided to uninstall and reinstall it to start fresh. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that reinstalling Atlas would require me to purchase a new membership. Since I had only used the app for one day, this was quite disappointing.
However, I contacted Shahadat from the helpdesk, and he handled the situation very professionally. He took great care of the issue and resolved it efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent customer support.

the customer rep helped me all the way through my issue, and even when fixed i had a minor problem where i lost my progress and she was able to retrieve it and fix it all for me great support 10/10 :)
