When I found I couldn't order what I wanted because of a glitch in the website, I left the page. But Heatwave followed through by contacting me to find out what had gone wrong. I still don't know if the website is fixed but Heatwave sent me my order anyway. Well done heatwave - and I'm pleased with what I've received.

Needed 15 shirts printed on a very very tight schedule. The guys at heatwave went above and beyond and were even willing to hand deliver to me at an airport to ensure I had the shirts!!! The shirts were also immaculate quality
I would go nowhere else!!

From initial correspondence to delivery of products, the service has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the Heatwave team and the quality of the products i have received are exactly how i hoped. Have used in the past and will carry on using them in the future for my printed/embroidery workwear.
