I had a faulty control panel on my Thermotec 24kw pump. Problem diagnosed by phone while I opened up the unit. Replacement party ordered and I got instructions on how to fit it so didn’t need a technician visit. Great service from people who knew what they were talking about

Heat Pumps 4 Pool saved me thousands, My pool heater needed a new control board fitted. A different local company came out and fitted the new part then told me my heater was uneconomic to repair as the compressor was broken. After a phone call to heat pumps 4 pools to discuss a new heater, David advised that the compressor on my current heater was unlikely to be broken and he talked my thou checking the parameters, these where indeed entered incorrectly and within 5 mins my heater was up and running, I nearly scrapped a £4k heater and would have had the cost of buying a new one. I honestly couldn't recommend Heat pump 4 pools more, they have always been professional and have excellent customer service.

Before I purchased my heat pump and filter I called to get advice and was given very sound advice about which products would best suit my pool size. Products arrived very quickly only taking a day 2 at the most to arrive. Once I was setting up the products I did need to call and get help regarding set up and I was again given sound advice that helped with my set up. I was very impressed with the service.

We recently contacted Heatpumps4pools for some technical queries for an upcoming project we had where we were installing a new heat pump for our customer's pool. Answered their phone! Patient, knowledgeable and helpful with questions. Heat pump delivered on time. Driver very helpful with such a heavy item. Good quality, classy looking product, well made. Reasonably easy to set up. Weather not good yet, but with 31000 litres of pool water to heat, it’s doing a great job so far.
Very pleased with this product to date.
