Radek did a fantastic job rerouting our water pipes. It required trench digging, running pipes around the house and into the kitchen. We’re really pleased with the work he did! He is easy to communicate with prior and during the work, positive attitude and is proactive solving and explaining any issues needing fixing. I recommend his services highly - many thanks!

I have known Radek for over a year now. The first job he did for me was to fix a problematic leak in central heating piping in a new loft conversion under a Megaflo tank. He was the only person to diagnose the problem out of a number of people, including the loft company. He was innovative enough to implement a temporary fix to minimise further damage. He was fair and straightforward about costs and options, and took great care with my property when setting about fixing the problem. Needless to say, I have continued to use his services for other plumbing and heating issues and always appreciate how he always tries to give me tips on the phone so that I can fix things myself. More often than not, I just give way to his expertise! A bright and very capable tradesman, who is also honest, careful and straightforward!

We decided to buy a water softener to alleviate the limescale problems, caused by hard water, in our home. We spoke to several of the manufacturer's recommended installers about our installation and provided video footage. Radek, from Heating Principles, approach and advice stood out to us, and we agreed on the cost and date for installation. Radek arrived at the agreed time and explained the approach for the installation and when/how long water needed to be switched off. His timing was accurate, and the installation of the pipes for the softener looked very good. He did some remedial works, which were necessary because of the failing drain point. Overall Radek was very customer friendly and work was completed to a very high standard. The water softener works very well and was pleased to get advice on the typical usage of salt for the unit. I can recommend Radek for his plumbing knowledge, customer advice, workmanship and preparedness (he had all the plumbing parts required for the job).

Eighteen hours before an important work Zoom presentation, already having a major panic, when the Saniflo in the upstairs bathroom overflowed and flooded my bedroom underneath. Put out a call on my neighbourhood WhatsApp group and 3 out of 5 recommendations came through for Radek. He turned up within 20 mins (I think on his lunch break) and his friendly professionalism saved the day. It was a terrible problem to sort out but he went the extra mile to get things sorted out. He kept me informed and tried to save me money on replacement materials. All in all, Radek made a hideous, stressful situation tolerable! And he's friendly, has a lovely calm energy and his charges are very reasonable. I would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Radek :-)

Fantastic, professional and trust worth service. I had an issue a few weeks ago, and Radek gave me directions on how to sort it out (almost everyone else i am sure would have charged me to come and visit to sort the issue). Today he service my boiler. On time, polite, knowledgable and complete trust him. Highly recommend

Radek has been my plumber for many years and has done lots of jobs for us big to small. Like putting in a new boiler and sorting out a tricky dishwasher waste problem. He is always available to come at short notice and get to the bottom of any issues and works quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend him enough.

Called radek for a boiler service as it was making banging sounds and a service was due soon.
Had used radek's services before for a hidden leak which he resolved efficiently.
Banging sound was resolved and he identified that a deep service was required after taking a pressure test which showed a reading below the manufacturer's guidelines.
Job was done brilliantly. No banging sounds, boiler pressure now at recommended level and all of the radiators in the house are now hot(previously two were only Luke warm)
Radek is a very experienced, honest and trustworthy engineer who charges at a very reasonable price.
I will be using his services again for any plumbing/ heating issues that may arise.

Radek is by far the best plumber and tradesman we have ever used. And we have been through a few! He has completed multiple works and solved numerous plumbing, leakage, and gas issues in our house. Also renovated our bathroom and kitchen which involved managing the entire building works, and all gas and plumbing. Excellent all round, and I would not hesitate to give him my highest recommendation.

fault: gas meter outside the house, gas leaked outside my apartment, my reaction was quick so that someone competent could fix this fault, I made two calls to specialists, each of them dramatized and already counted the materials for purchase, seeing only two photos taken by me. shortly, Mr. Radek was recommended by the neighbors and what a surprise! I didn't get enough that he did it quickly, I didn't have to buy anything, it was still the cheapest !! the gas does not evaporate anymore and I am glad that I can spend the weekend in a warm house. for me Mr. Radek 5+, thank you 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Radek was fast to respond to my request to fix a gas leak. He came quickly, sorted the problem, explained it all clearly to me and what he had done to resolve it. I really trust Radek and appreciate the service he provides. I'll definitely be calling him next time I need a plumber.

We go to Radek time and time again for all gas/heating/plumbing. He is always very responsive, practical, transparent and willing to help and straightforward to deal with. Gets the job done and does it very well. Would highly recommend.

Radek has come to my home a couple of times to do work now. The first time he replaced some dangerous seals on my boiler and the second to replace a sink.
