First driver was late.
Second one never showed up! Arrived at the airport in the morning from Mexico needing a transfer for our next flight. Waiting for the driver to show up we received an email to say they drivers car had broken down that very same morning and they had no replacement vehicle. We were basically told to "get lost" so to speak and sort ourselves out on our own on last minute! Ended up taking a coach. Much cheaper,confortable, entirely reliable, professional and takes the same amount of time. I would never recommend this taxi service. Very unprofessional. I am currently waiting for my refund.

I booked a cab from Heathrow terminal 3 to Oxford university, the driver came on time, professional and polite driver helped with our luggage after a long flight gnis was a great experience. Will recommend to my friends.

Heathrow Airport Transfers are unprofessional and unreliable. Had a booking cofirmed this morning from farnborough to heathrow T2. They didnt arrive and didnt call until we called them. They lied about driver suddenly having a puncture and will be with us in 10 mins and then proceeded to cancel the booking.

They don't apologise and infact have a we don't care attitude

I would suggest never book with these jokers. I'm likely to complain to the public carriage office for their unprofessionalism and absolute disregard for code of conduct.

If you want your journey to go smoothly then avoid heathrowtaxi.

The driver first drove to an incorrect location. This made me uneasy as a woman travelling alone in a foreign country. When I pointed out it was the wrong location the driver began to scream and yell at me, which furthered my uneasiness. The driver then took me to a second incorrect location. When I indicated that it too was the wrong location the driver screamed and yelled at me some more, saying he would not drive me anywhere else unless I paid more.
When we finally arrived at the correct location he refused to let me take my personal belongings out of the vehicle until I paid him. I did not have any cash on me as I understood from heathrowtaxi.net that there are no extra charges, nor did I have internet access for doing an etransfer. The driver continued to yell and scream at me and tried to make me use his phone for an etransfer, to which I kept saying no because using someone else’s phone is not a safe nor a secure payment method. The driver got on the phone with the company and kept telling me to listen to them, which I was unable to do as I have a hearing impairment. I felt unsafe, as I was alone with this driver yelling at me and I was unable to call anyone for help.
I don’t know what happened in the phone conversation between the driver and the company but the driver finally let me have my personal belongings and drove away. Then I received an email demanding I pay £20 and claiming I made changes to my destination, when it was the driver going to the wrong location which caused those changes. The overall experience was appalling – rude and unprofessional service conducted at the expense of the customer’s sense of safety and well-being.

Expensive and unreliable. Customer services are not at all helpful. We were kept waiting for over 40mins after getting through customs, baggage claim and passport control. We were constantly kept on the hook with promises the driver would be here in 10mins... e were told lies by the office about our driver waiting in the cue for the car park (which was almost empty). The driver explained he'd actually been stuck in traffic. I tried to cancel as an Uber was available and would have been cheaper but was told I would not be refunded the £73 I prepaid for this booking.

Very disappointed. Will not use again.

Booked online via their website after which they confirmed by email. They answered the phone quickly when I had a query. Very competitive price for Heathrow to Stansted transfer. They collect from a arrivals, take you where you need to go. Will use again.

I booked a taxi for my parents, who don’t have a UK phone number and don’t speak English, hoping they can get a smooth journey home. That did not happen.
1. The driver failed to bring sign with the passenger’s name, it was impossible to find him and identify.
His response over the phone to me was “I am here waiving my hand”. There were 50 people in arrivals hall waiving to each other.
The website FAQ states “ Your driver will come along with your name sign in front of designated pick up point.” Meet and greet was not provided. I had to call the driver, ask how he looked, pass on the details on how my parent look, so that they can find each other.
2. After the driver was finally found, he ran away outside the airport without saying anything to the passengers. The passengers lost him again. He claimed that he went to pay for the parking.
3. The driver said that there was extra parking charge that needs to be paid for the waiting time. However, the driver demanded charge to be paid in cash directly to him, and not the company I book with.
4. The driver then came back and started putting the luggage inside the car in an uncareful manner that scratched leather handbag. With a mixture of basic English and gestures the passenger tried to ask the driver to be careful. The driver called me and said that he did not like the passenger and he is leaving.

Overall it was a terrible service, absolutely not reliable and can’t be used for passengers who don’t speak English and need to be guided in the airport and brought directly door to door.

I called the support line to complain, the driver apparently called before me and made up a story of passengers being rude and racist. It’s a complete lie, someone who does not speak English and can barely say “hello and bye bye” can’t be racist because they don’t know any racist words. The driver clearly wanted to get easy money without doing the job and prepared his stupid defense in advance which clearly had nothing to do with the real situation.

The guy on the support line was very resistant to issue the refund, however I sent a complaint in writing by email and the full refund was issued.

My parents ended up taking a black cab for 74 pounds, way cheaper than Heathrowtaxi.net price of 84 for the fake meet and greet service.

Absolutely useless. AVOID. They claim that they monitor your flight and give an hour free waiting time after the flight lands. Our flight landed at 1645 and by the time our bags came out it was 1730. The driver had gone in complete conflict with their own Ts&Cs. The company claimed that the driver had been waiting since 1600, 45 mins BEFORE the plane landed. Don't waste your time or money.

A total disgrace.
Arrived at Stansted to be told my driver had ‘broken down’ and would I mind waiting 2.5 hours.
They refused to pay the difference in the taxi I subsequently took.

Couldn't have asked for a smoother ride to my home in Horley. Booked them over the phone in under 30 minute notice, and the driver was ready to pick me in 15 minutes! Great service.

Unprofessional and unreliable.
I ordered a taxi at least a week before my arrival, gave them all my information to ensure that I will be greeted, and right after I got off my international flight, I got an email saying my booking was cancelled because there were issues with the car and they couldn't do anything about it. They gave me a number of another company without giving me the company's name or any other information and did not bother to help me to find another way or provide more information after they canceled my booking without letting me know in an appropriate amount of time. They barely even apologized and to this day I haven't gotten a response to my emails. I specifically told them that I was not going to have access to my phone as I didn't have a local number, and ordering it online last minute wasn't an option. I had to ask for help from other people with local phones which was very stressful after traveling for a while. If possible, look for other options.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and are only concerned with making money they have no certains at all about their customers. There are plenty of other like services that one could use and I would highly recommend people do.

Booked last December for round-trip transportation for a cruise in August.
Due to COVID we needed to cancel which I did 4 months ahead of time.
FAQ's on website clearly states cancellation charge is 12 pounds per booking.
In the fine print at the bottom of the website Terms and Conditions they state 12 pounds or 20% whichever is greater.
Despite my appealing to their sense of fairness and honoring their clearly stated policy in their FAQ's, they charged me over $57 and would not refund any more despite my cancelling 4 months ahead of time and they having my money for 4 months.
Do not do business with this company - they are disreputable and greedy, taking advantage of a serious pandemic.

I’ve used HeathrowTaxi.net a couple of times now and I am still flattered by their management’s positive and friendly attitudes as well as their top notch services for a fantastic price compared with others.

Booking has always been straight-forward through their website and couple of hours later, I get an email informing me of when/where the driver will come to pick me up, very helpful!

The Drivers are also very friendly, polite and know how to make their way around traffic, saving me quite some time, generally very pleased with their driving and positive attitude.

Generally a calm and relaxed experience, driver showed up outside our hotel entrance few minutes early as we had informed HeathrowTaxi.net of a tight schedule to get to London City Airport on time, was very pleased with that.

Booking was straight-forward, price was better than others and had received an email from the company later on in the evening which provided us with more than enough information.

Really cannot pick out any faults with the service provided. Booked a taxi for my friends and I (3 of us) via HeathrowTaxi.net earlier this week from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Dover Cruise Terminal 1.

Long ride but a stress-free one, suited and booted driver was waiting for us at the assigned pick up point of Costa Coffee with our name sign just as stated in the email sent to us the very same day, thanks for the speedy responses!

Price was cheaper than most other companies I had searched for online and really appreciated the fact that they did not reduce their standards due to their low, competitive prices, (from the comments I've seen for other taxi companies, drivers not arriving on time is worryingly common).

Would like to thanks Matt for his professionalism and assisting us from making the booking/payment online to sending the rather important email the same day and ensuring us of a on time pick up.

Never showed up for pre booked / paid transfer from Heathrow and didnt answer the phone.

Left stranded at a Heathrow hotel for the night as we could not make the last train hense the reason we booked a car in the first place.

Refund was not given and had to do a chargeback

Travelled from Heathrow Terminal 3 to our hotel in Cardiff (5 of us), driver arrived just on time, ride was pleasantly smooth, car turned out to be clean, spacious and comfortable.

Booked through their website heathrowtaxi.net and had received an confirmation email with all the details that I could have hoped for within the same day, really helpful and lovely management too, especially Mark who made everything crystal clear for us.

Price was great too for a larger ‘MPV’ car, long journey but a relaxed one after a 8 hour flight!

I was a little worried when ordering the service. Because I did not get a confirmation email that I booked the service I called their number. And Gentleman said that they will get back within an hour to confirm. He sends me the email asking especially my second child age because we had a stroller also in the description. We I did not reply to him within 30min he called back. (I did not answer because I was sleeping. I ordered the service about 21.00 and my pick up was 09.50) So we got all sorted out clearly.
Pick guy was there exactly like promised (even 2min earlier). They said that they will be 50min after landing and I thought that is maybe too much! But was perfect again.
The driver was polite and relaxed.
The child seat was proved without extra cost.
