Where do I start !! From choosing our new boiler on the heatable website to the very friendly heating engineer Shaun fitting our new boiler. The whole experience has been amazingly smooth. Very good communications from heatable, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. Shaun the heating engineer was very respectful of our home and his workmanship is second to none. Once installed we were given the full run down of what’s been done and how to operate the new boiler.
The only words I can say is the whole process was amazing.
I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Engineer arrived at start of estimated time, was friendly and pleasant. Laid down protective coverings in the house and was very efficient. Performed all related work explaining what he was doing if asked. Completed the work in good time and explained the operation of the equipment.

Installers came on time exactly 0800. Carried out the work very efficiently and in timely manner.
Kept me updated with the install
Cleaned behind them
And everything is working as expected

Good communication from the engineer in advance and everything completed quicker than our other quote (and cheaper). All left very tidy afterwards.

Great service. The guys they send were fantastic. Didn't down tools til 4:30pm and started at 8am. Really impressed and will recommend, especially for the finance side.

The service levels provided are truly exceptional. From the initial quotation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and precisely as communicated. The surveyors, scaffolders, panel installers, and the electrician all demonstrated politeness, professionalism, and meticulousness in their work. I received a comprehensive and clear explanation of how the equipment operates. This was an excellent job.

I ordered a combi boiler and was really pleased about the competitive pricing and 4 years at 0%. All communication was quick and professional from start to finish. The gas engineer who turned up to the job was tidy, efficient and friendly. All round a fantastic service. 10/10 experience.

Had a Solar and Battery Installed by Heatable, the service so far has been excellent. From quotation to final install there's been no hassle and everyone who I've met have been very professional. Would recommend Heatable and the team they work with.

Straight forward buying and booking the installation of a new boiler.

Installation was done in a day and working as should.

One downside is that the boiler was in a kitchen cupboard and the new boiler was too big for the cupboard. Only after install was it realised by installer leaving us with having to remove the cupboard.

Waiting for someone to come and sort the issue out. But it was not a massive problem for us as we are changing the kitchen just a slight inconvenience in the mean time.

Very professional team came and fitted our new boiler, very clean took every scap rubbish with them, and explained the workings of the new boiler,would use again if needed.

A highly professional company providing clear information and a first rate service. From the initial contact to the completion of the installation they maintained excellent communication. The survey was very informative and helped tailor the quote to suit our needs. The management of the installation, from the scaffolding, to the roofers and the electrician was very smooth. All carried out their work to a high standard. We are extremely pleased with the whole process.

Ryan and his colleague (can't remember his name) was absolute lovley guys. changed my boiler over in no time and set up my Hive although it gave them a few issues they preserved and never gave me the impression they want going to do it. it's a sham they live so far otherwise i'd have the round to do other jobs! would highly recommend!!. was a easy process from start to finish

The whole process with this company was amazing, prices were comparable with other places and the service was excellent. It was quick and simple to book and I got an appointment within 2days. Dan the engineer was knowledgable and friendly. All round great service.

It was very easy to book a new boiler and install with heatable. The fitter Mark kept me informed of his arrival time and got stright on with the job.After the installation mark showed me how to opperate the new boiler and controls. And left everything clean and tidy.

I have just had solar panels installed and was very impressed with the speed and help received by the people involved.
