Ordered $350 worth of products in May. After 2+ months of wait, they told me that there must have been a problem with delivery and suggested that I open a dispute with PayPal. Naturally, PayPal refused to cooperate because I placed the order following the seller's instructions and sent the payment as a personal transaction, which is not protected against fraud by PayPal.
USPS has just informed me that the package was returned to sender. Now they have both my money and their product. What a great business scheme!
Below is their email. Apparently, they aren't scam nor fraud. What is another word for a seller who fails to deliver the goods but keeps the buyer's payment? You decide.

Unfortunately currently we are receiving many reviews regarding undelivered orders, according to post office the issues are due to the conflict in Europe
The paypal accounts were blocked due to cases opened cause of this problem
We have to ask you to dispute the transaction and claim for refund through paypal
There is still an option to dispute the transaction in paypal or through your bank
We have been cooperating with our customers for a long time , we aren't scam nor fraud
We apologize for this situation"

Scam website. Took my money and never shipped my order. Asked me to dispute the transaction at my bank, but I used a fintech so it's not an option. Also specifically said to use the friends and family option, which means Paypal refuses to refund my money. Told me they are not a scam website without me even accusing them of that, huge red flag. It's been months now, so yeah they are a scam. Tried to alert consumer centres and trustpilot in order to get the website taken down, but it's surprisingly difficult. People are just going to keep getting scammed while trustpilot allows them to upload fake five star reviews.

Do not believe the positive reviews. Absolutely do not order.

This site is fraud. I purchased Heets tobacco from this site. Received an email stating they received my order and would ship the product in 4-5 business days. The instructions came in to pay via PayPayl and a personal account email. I made a payment as indicated. Now we’re in day 9 and no tracking information or any correspondence. Emailed the recipient of the PayPal as well as the web site and all I got was contact web site and web site saying they take 4-5 days to process. I asked for a refund since I paid $105.00 but of coarse nothing total silence. They just took the money and stopped responding.

8 days after I paid for my order I emailed to check the status. They answered they only accept bitcoin and I have to dispute my payment with PayPal.

I ordered from this company the first time over three months ago. They quickly sent my items. I wrote a good review.
Since then I order two more times. I did not receive the second order. When I inquired about it they told me to contact paypal to get a refund. I did not and paypal has not responded.
The third order I did not receive either. They gave a tracking number, I used the tracking number to follow delivery. It was delivered to an address in NY. I contacted USPS and they said the Heat-tobacco gave me the wrong tracking number.
I wrote to customer support at heat-tobacco and they have ignored my emails.

I believe all of the good reviews are scam reviews.
Do not trust this company.

I had some delay on part of the shipment (not really a delay, was still within what their website says how long might take) but they where great with responding to my concerns and assuring me the second package was on its way. It arrived few days later, will be ordering from them again. Thanks for the great service.
