These folks are aggressively rude!!
One of the worst customer service experiences ever.
Not worth dealing with hateful folks hocking cheap jewelry!!!

Heart of gold has requested. I remove this review saying that I felt that they treated me rudely and if I don’t do so they are going to take legal action. Be very careful with these folks If you don’t leave shining review , they become litigious.

This review was reposted and updated after Heart Made of Gold sent me text messages stating they are going to sue me for calling them rude and used hate speech about mental health issues in their texts to me. I feel strongly buyers should beware.

I purchased 2 pairs of hoops from them in November 2022. Other than a small issue due to my own error (almost 2 years later) that they were quick to help me fix, I wear these earrings every day! They are great quality. Customer service from them is fantastic as well. I will definitely be buying from them again! Earrings were gorgeous, very classy and subtle.

Buyer beware. I ordered 2 rings in size 8 - one fits perfectly the other was way too small customer requested picture of item with all packaging- which I sent. They insisted that ring was a size 8 it isn’t ,barely fits on my ring finger which is a true 6.5. I wanted to return , however they will only give me store crediit which I do not want. . Since I used a coupon it nullified the return policy. What a scam - they always offer a coupon so they get no returns.

Gold-filled lasts so much longer and is of better quality than gold-plated. I love Hearts Made of Gold for having so many beautiful gold-filled designs. You get great quality for reasonable prices! (Note: I also like their gold-plated jewelry, but I strive to purchase golf-filled only. It's a much more natural gold color and again, lasts longer!)

Had a damaged product and was assured that it was not a normal occurrence and they gladly replaced the item. Super excited to receive it in the mail. I wear the other ring I ordered all the time!
