The indestructible dog toy was destroyed in 3 minutes. It was a total POS. No response from their customer support, and my negative review was not posted on their website reviews. Avoid these people and their expensive/false products at all costs.

Scam! Scam! Lying comercial, just cheap China shit! Just China bots when you complaine, and we lost our money on cheap cheap lying bad quality.

Heartfelt pets advertised as US company.
Ordered stuffed goose for my dog then order shows China accepted. I was charged International fee and a tip was added to order. This was not disclosed on the presentation. Shipping was originated Dec 12 and the site shows 10 days for receipt of order and 14 days for delivery. The tracking number was not recognized when I tried to determine delivery.
The I received the tracking number showing delivered on front porch.
Never received package on front porch as track 17 displayed.
Would not get refund . Heartfelt pets said it showed as delivered.

Took almost a month to arrive, less than 5 mins for my 31lb Bernedoodle to rip the stuffing out of the small yellow duck. Absolutely a total waste of money.

This company is a scam. I bought a pillow and the photo on the website looks nothing like what I relieved. I asked for a return/refund and they denied my request despite the item not looking like anything I bought.

I ordered 3 items totaling $107 and received 2 out of 3 items. The items are shipping from China and take a long time to receive. I also ordered a non-personalized pair or doodle tennis shoes and wanted to exchange for a smaller size and they denied my request. I will never order from this company again. Poor customer service.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM !! Hopefully you see the many terrible reviews before you order from them. I ordered a pillow that was showed as three dogs raised on a pillow - a 3D type of look. When I got the pillow it was totally flat, not puffy, and I got scammed. Try to return it and they said that they only can do a return for damaged items. What a joke. Stay away. They are also NOT accredited with the BBB.

I placed an order for a pillow; website said to allow 7-10 business days for creating the item, plus 10-14 business days for shipping. I waited almost 30 days and nothing. I reached out to the company; after a delay, they responded with a tracking number so I could see where my shipment was. Clicked on the tracking number — it didn’t show anything except an option to download and install a tracking app and then PAY for the app! Since when should a customer have to pay to track their order? Also — the website is named “Heartful Pets”, the email confirmation comes from “In the Care of Us.com” (no spaces), and the shipping details on the website states, “At FrenchieFeet, we ship to over 100 countries…” and they list “cs@frenchiefeet dot com” as their customer service contact information. Three different company names!!! I didn’t see that before I ordered, or I wouldn’t have trusted it. I reached out to the company and said that it is unacceptable to charge for tracking; no response yet. Buyer beware!
Update: my order finally arrived (tracking number never did work for me, as I was unwilling to pay for the tracking app that was linked). I had ordered a pillow; as another reviewer has already noted, the item was a disappointment — small, cheap printed material instead of the 3D effect pictured, seams badly puckered. Oh, and the 3 different companies that I previously mentioned? The payment goes to “TGTK Clothing”, so that makes four different company names listed on one transaction. I disputed the charge via PayPal (when it wasn’t delivered on time and I couldn’t track it); I canceled the dispute today since technically I did get the item. The company sent me an email asking me to consider changing my review because it could negatively impact their business.

Absolute junk. I have been scammed but don't let it happen to you. It appears to be a US address when you order but the package comes from China. The items are NOTHING like the advertisement. Very sad indeed. Cheapest of the cheap. They should be ashamed of themselves.
