Ordered and paid for one set @£69. Arrived quite quickly. Constant static in both ears and terrible whistle/whine when either touched with hand or clothing. Contacted them by email and asked for full refund. Offered a 25% discount to keep them. Said no, refund please. Then offered 40% discount. Said no, refund please. Then sent instructions to return them but they had to be sent back to CHINA. Told them it would probably be more expensive to return them so would accept 40% refund. Email told me it had been processed and would be in my account in 5-7 working days. That was 16 working days ago and still waiting. Emailed yesterday and had a reply to say that they would investigate why it hadn't been sent. Not expecting much from them to be honest, but will keep trying.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAMMERS!

My elderly father has been scammed by this company after purchasing one hearing aid set, he was sent three.
He contacted Elena by email as there is no phone line regarding the refund. The exact same scenario happened to another customer below. He was instructed to return the extra devices to China recorded delivery which he would foot the bill for. We are now under the impression that this is a scam as other customers cannot get their money back! I will report to action fraud.
Sharp practice leading to frustration
I ordered 1 set, got an email with invoice only to receive another email minutes later with an updated order.....for 3 hearing aids with an updated cost!
I phoned the number...nothing...so I emailed saying please only send 1 and refund the excess. All this within 15 minutes of the initial order.
Elena replied saying this was not possible but once they had arrived she would guide me through the returns process and the money would be refunded.
The email stated "it looks like the system automatically applied our double-discount promotion at checkout, which added extra sets at the discounted price" A subsequent email stated "I am again sorry for the system error which caused extra sets to be sent"
Having admitted to their error, I asked for a postage paid label for returning the 2 aids as the address is in China. I was instead given the option of keeping the 2 aids, at a 25% discount.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

I would give 0 stars they are rubbish my husbans ear are red and soar . After 1 use and they never worked anyway. Wast of money i am very upset that people are being scared by this company

I would put nought stars if I could. Having sent my aids back , I started chasing my refund in April and still have not had it . I have sent so many emails to customer service (Elena) to keep hearing how sorry she is and has escalated it with the accounts department and will keep me informed. This company is a disgrace. Please no one order anything from them , they have no morals.

If you paid by debit / credit card you may be able to get your money back.
I’ve now sent emails to BBC Watchdog and hope they’ll take up the story and shame these vile villains that rob and scam the elderly.

I agree with all the poor reviews, my experience is similar. Purchased a set of Re-sound hearing aids in 2019 for over £3200, ok at first but then the right aid need replacing after a few months, which took over a month to be delivered after Hearmore Solutions said it was the Re-charger that was faulty, so they sent a new one, but it made no difference. Now the Hearing Aids seem to deteriorate after a few months, I have not used them for a few months as I can hear more without them as they muffle the sound. I will try get them to visit one last time, not sure if my 4 year warranty is still valid when they changed from Solutions to UK.

They are not interested in the complaint you may make with the aids, they have your money so don't bother them they don't care.

Disgusting leeches of old people. I am attempting to go a lot further to expose how they coerce elderly, vulnerable people into buying their most expensive hearing aids that they don’t need. Now gone into liquidation but using another name, this company should be stopped. My father, who has dementia, paid almost £4000 for his hearing aid and is now having to go through the stressful process of having to claw back the money he asked to be refunded over 2 months ago. With my help, he cancelled his order within a week of ordering it, so now has neither hearing aid or £4000. Peter Kitson should be ashamed of himself.

Stay clear. Absolutely appalling customer service. The hearing aids never worked and over 6 weeks later we are still waiting for a refund with no answers and no contact from this company despite returning them.

The hearing aids for my Dad ,costing almost £4000 worked very well for a short time
When one of them stopped working,Tab came out to Dad's house & showed me how to clean it.It worked OK for a week or 2.
I have just asked for help,as the aid does not work.I have been given detailed advice on how to post the beastly things to them !!
We only bought them in April,Dad is very deaf.Dont deal with these people at all.I shall try to get Dad's money back.
Company suggested claiming back on Dad's visa card.
The process was quite difficult and they needed a lot of evidence.However,we were successful and Dad received a full refund from visa.

Charming salesperson came to our home and stayed for an hour and a half undertaking various tests. Unfortunately it was not explained that, due to narrow ear canals, an in-canal model of hearing aid was not suitable for my husband (we were merely told it was unavailable as if it was no longer made). The second choice, an in-ear model was then demonstrated in the salesperson’s ear where it fitted fairly unobtrusively. Imagine my husband’s consternation when his aids were delivered and they stuck out of his ears like great carbuncles. This was due to his narrow ear canals, which hadn’t been explained during the original consultation, which meant that all the mechanisms had to be accommodated outside the ear. My husband was mortified and felt he just couldn’t wear them and preferred the behind ear aids he had from the NHS. He then spent weeks and many phone calls and emails to Hearmore in order to get his money (well over £3000) refunded with nobody willing to take responsibility for the problem and sort things out. The final refund also had £200 deducted for the work undertaken. Nothing unreasonable in that but it would have been more honest to have pointed this out at the original consultation rather than burying it in a closely typed A4 page of terms and conditions on the back of the contract. My message to anyone using this company, particularly if they are elderly, would be to be very, very cautious and to definitely have someone you trust with you when the salesman visits you at home.
