Very professional, my hearing was fine but I needed a little bit of wax removed.
Done without fuss.

Thank you Nichola and Sophia, it's wonderful to be able to hear clearly again. I had microsuction for the first time and I was a little anxious but it was quick and exactly as it was explained.

Excellent service from booking to Micro suction.
Had I been aware the NHS waiting list was literally months I would have booked straight away.

Amy and Adele have been absolutely fantastic.
Adele got me in for a ear wax extraction very quickly as my old hearing aids were not working due to a build up of wax, causing my tinnitus to drive me up the wall.
On speaking with Amy I trialed a new
hearing aids for one week and have now been fitted with a brand new pair.
I am very happy with the customer service and help I have been given and the consideration to my husband who has had to sit and wait for me.
The only disapointment was on reciveng the new hearing aids I
was given a bag which advertised hearing Wales and where your shops are but it DOES NOT ADVERTIZE NEECASTLE EMLYN. So my husband had to customize it for me.

Adele and Amy at Hearing Wales, Newcastle Emlyn, are amazing. They can’t do enough to help. Even though my father’s hearing aids were bought via another supplier, every effort was made to repair them quickly and carefully by Hearing Wales. Communication was excellent and staff stayed late so I could collect before the weekend. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I visited Hearing Wales believing I may have ear wax. An examination found this was not the case, a hearing test was immediately carried out, which detected a possible hearing loss problem. A visit to A&E (and ENT) was recommended. Thanks to the speedy efficient manner in which Hearing Wales dealt with me, I am now being treated for a hearing problem. Many thanks.

The service is unrivalled. Forget the High Street audiologists and hearing aid suppliers. Been there and got the tee shirt so to speak. Hearing Wales is a first class hearing aid assessor and hearing aid supplier. To boot, their after care service is second to none. Their audiologist Fiona, in the Mumbles branch is outstanding. Fiona cares for her clients and wants the best hearing outcome for us as individuals. Personal service at its best. I am so happy to be one of their customers. Our hearing is massively important, give them a try and you will be impressed.

Brilliant, from start to finish. Lovely receptionist gave me a warm welcome and set me at ease. The consultant was just as nice, talked me through the procedure and was very gentle. Having my ears cleared was surprisingly quick and painless. Many thanks for making my visit a pleasure

Provision of new hearing aids to me that have enabled me to hear clearly 9rather than in a sometimes "fuzzy" and distorted manner as was the case before, together with connection to my mobile 'phone so that I now hear clearly on this with the receiced voice now beng relayed through my hearing aids. A brilliant great improvement.
