The Team in Newcastle Emlyn... Amy and Adele are amazing. Adele was very helpful originally when I stumbled across the practice whilst having my car serviced. We had been looking for someone to do my sons ears... for a very long time. No one would do them as he was under 18. Adele booked him in with Amy.... and today... she has finally unblocked both of his ears. She did say she had never seen an ear quite like his! It took 3 attempts, on his left ear and he can finally
hear again. Thank you so so much. We are very grateful. Amazing service. 😊

A warm welcome on arrival from the lady in reception. I had been experiencing dizziness and some issues with my ears and had a very thorough assessment with Ed. He was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and also gave me a hearing test on the spot to check all aspects of my hearing and ear health. Highly recommend this family business.

I managed to procure a set of hearing aids myself and Hearing Wales in Newcastle Emlyn were kind enough to complete the set-up of these devices even though they weren't the brand they normally stock.

The staff at Hearing Wales in Narbeth are exceptional. The two visits I’ve had the screening for my hearing the fitting of my hearing aid. You literally can’t see that I’m wearing them. They match my hair colour and they look as if they’re part of my glasses but the fact that I can hear so exceptionally well now Has really changed my life and I had NHS hearing aids for five years with no follow-up whatsoever and the package of care you get with Hearing Wales is exceptional

I had a real hearing problem, and I went to the Narberth branch on the chance they could sort me out. Elke, the audiologist checked my ears, and found a problem with wax. Within about 10/15 minutes, she had cured the problem, and my hearing is back to normal. I would recommend this treatment place, and will be returning should the need ever arise.

Hearing Wales Cardiff performed my hearing test in a private area, they were very polite and efficient in carrying out the tests Luckily my hearing is still within a reasonable range so no hearing aids required so unable to comment on that service. However i have used Hearing Wales Swansea a number of years ago to have swimming plugs made due to me having grommets and I am still using them. Would definitely recommend them as a company.

Dave was extremely helpful. He replaced the box of filters as the wrong size had been sent, showed how to change them and was pleasant and professional throughout. It is very convenient to have home visits.
