Very professional in and out no covid worries

Very positive experience, made to feel very welcome and relaxed. All procedures and treatment were explained to me and all my questions were answered. I would recommend using this practice.

The treatment I get from Alex is quite exceptional. Invariable successful with sometimes serious problems like broken teeth. She's always careful to explain what she intends to do and is invariably happy to answer questions. I feel absolutely confident in her and can completely relax and let her get on with it. I can say with all honestly that she has improved my quality of life at least five times over the years I have been treated by her. An exceptional dentist and a charming person. I've just had an implant done with Alex and team. Alex has looked after my dental needs for many years and so I have lots of faith in her and the practice. Everything was very professionally done and meticulous care was taken over hygiene which was very reassuring especially at this time with Covid 19.

Well controlled in the current Covid 19 regime. I felt everything was done to ensure my visit was safe and secure. As ever the treatment was effective, professional and safe.

Both my wife and I have been patients at the Narbeth dental practice for the past 7 years or so. During that time we have had treatment for crown's, fillings, implants together with general teeth and gum care. It would be safe to say we have had a very significant amount of work done!!. Throughout this time we have found all the staff to be helpful, kind and when needed very patient. I cannot think of a single occasion when they havn't gone out of their way to ensure that we are well looked after whatever the circumstances. This includes talking to dentist's abroad when we were on holiday to make sure we had the right treatment.
We are fortunate to be treated by an outstanding dentist, Alex. She is by far the best dentist we have met and apart from her kindness and patience she is both knowledgeable and skilled in performing, sometimes, difficult procedures. Whilst I can't in all honesty say I enjoy going to the dentist we are both 'comfortable' in the knowledge that Alex is our dentist.

I have been a patient for the last two years and always found the team professional and friendly.The dentistry is top notch and my dentist Alex is very good and thorough,having corrected poor work done by NHS dentists.
Just hope that the Herbranston practice opens again soon as the drive to Narberth is a bit of a pain!

A truly professional service able to maintain the highest standards despite the Covid outbreak. The best dental practice by far I’ve ever attended.

Not my usual dentist. Pain management was ok but I would prefer to rinse and spit whenever I chose and not be told to swallow all the gunk accumulated in my mouth. It made me feel ill. Not sure that the filling didn't fall out again within a day either.
