Used before
Used before, good product. Very poor delivery. Left at bottom of drive in full view of the road. Luckily a neighbour rescued and delivered to house

"Very sorry, Mr W. Low, that you had a problem with your delivery. We send out packages by Royal Mail and DHL courier, depending on value and service requested. Obviously we have no control over how these companies deliver but we are not pleased that they left it on the drive. This has become more common over the last couple of years. Next time you place an order, we will write on it not to leave on the driveway. Or, if you have a special place where packages can be left, we can put that on the package. Please contact via email so we can add this onto your file for future reference. There is obviously no guarantee that they will follow this advice but if clear enough they might. Again, apologies for the delivery

I really appreciate your almost immediate shipping following my order!!
However, as I order from Norway insufficient documents for customs caused some days unnecessary delay. So please be sure to attach full invoice and product details when shipping internationally.
