Great product and awesome service!
I recently had bought an Air purifier product from this store. I had zero knowledge about air purifiers but I heard a lot of good things about having it in the house especially when you have a baby. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and recommended me the best product so far, Austin Air. My wife noticed that I don't sneeze anymore, I usually have bad allergies. Thanks for the recommendation and great customer service, Alex!

I wanted to buy an airpurifier that could help with my allergies and I bought the Airpura P614 plus. Their customer support helped me figure out the best airpurifier based on my needs. There has been a significant decline in my allergy symptoms since I started using it and I can say that it is definitely worth the investment.

Alex was very helpful and answered all my questions. He kept in good contact with me regarding our order. We really like our Air Pura machines - they are quiet enough and seem to be working great-- we have several in our office and like the look and quality of the machine. He was also helpful on which air purifier suited our needs best.
