I tried to order these products and got nothing but grief from Healthletic. They said two shipments of BONE were delivered to my home address, but I got NEITHER. When I communicated several times with customer reps they insisted I had received these orders because their tracking said so. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm left with no recourse other than to file a fraud claim with my credit card. I would warn anyone not to risk sending money to this company.

I placed an order May 12. I contacted them after 3 weeks asking status of my shipment. They said they would provide priority to my shipment. I waited a couple more days and contact them again. I asked for a refund. They tried delaying longer. I demanded a refund and again they stated they would place immediate priority to my order. I replied again demanding refund and cancel order. I ended up having to go to my credit card company and disputing the charge. This is a scam.

Started off not too great, but when i emailed customer service with my questions/concerns...they took care of everything very quickly and made me very happy and satisfied with their services

I was able to make my order efficiently. I just hope your product will help me with my leg pain.

Bought once but the product never shipped. Just realised they charged me a second time a month later. Never shipped. $500AUD stolen.

ordering was fine, but why would anyone use Shop for tracking? ridiculous!

Would have given 5 star but thought the itty-bitty icon for subscription could have been bigger. I just find OTHER websites and products mislead the customer and it leads to a bad experience ..otherwise u get 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

New to your company but I had an issue with the free shipping and it was resolved to my satisfaction quickly and efficiently.

I was auto subscribed into a renewing subscription to BPC 157. I never signed up for that. Now I'm asking to be removed and I get an email bot saying they can't find my account. I'll probably have to call my credit card company to stop the payments because these guys are based in lithuania ... and if their sales practices are this shady - doen't give me much faith for whats in the bottle.

If I could rate less than one star I would. I ordered Nattokinase May 5. No shipping details as of 05/23 so I wrote asking for shipping details. It is now 5/29 and no further updates and no further responses. I cancelled my subscription so they should not charge me again, and requested a refund.

User friendly the selection and payment process

I also fell for the premium website feel, and guaranteed Nattokinasse product.
Absolute SCAM. Products not received, and email after email, they have failed to even dispatch an item. Then another unauthorised credit card transaction from them claiming I subscribed. Like so many others, I've been rolled. Giant SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to navigate.

First Time ordering. A little too many offers that popped up. Been taking a different brand - but I have to take 5 capsules and that is a little bit too much. It went well received my discount code and guide very quickly.

All the reviews that I have read have been very positive ordering your product it was very simple hopefully it arrives quickly and in fact and I hope that it is as good as everyone says I will write another review after I have tried the product for you a few weeks

I decided to order from them and never received the product next thing. I know they are charging me again. The next month, which I did not sign up for a ongoing subscription. But somehow they claim I did.

I placed my order on April 14 and it is now May 26 , which is 41 days and I still do not have my order. I have contacted Healthletic 3 times and they say it has been shipped. I check the tracking and it is stuck in the same place each time I check. I will not make another purchase from this company. When you order a product, you expect to get it in a reasonable time frame.

I ordered nattokinase from these folks ( heathletics) on May 3 2026 and still have not received them some 22 days later. I contacted them via email and they said “ it was in the mail”
I could have ordered from different companies or through Amazon for much less with priority shipping
My fault for not checking “Heathletics” company reviews. Never again

Site was easy to navigate. Subscription options were very clear. Nothing was hidden. I had a question which customer service answered promptly. I also opened an account so I will be able to manage my subscription. So far so good.
