Still waiting for the product order on 28/5/26

Placed my order on 5/16/26. Money was charged to my card on 5/18/26. Order was not fulfilled until 3 weeks later and reaching out to customer service to find out why. I was assured it would be sent asap but that they had a high volume of orders, yada yada yada. The order finally shipped a week later from Lithuania, not the U.S. as I had thought. The package has been “stuck” in customs since June 8th and it is now July 1st. I have asked for my money back and have threatened to dispute the charge twice but their standard response is to be patient and that they can’t control customs timing. However, customs will only delay a package if it’s questionable or lacking proper documentation or fees. They’ve washed their hands of me and I of them. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card and will hopefully receive a refund. We will see. If this company isn’t a scam, they at the very least have an unsustainable business model. By now, I should be on my second bottle of this supplement and yet I haven’t even received the first. It’s an unreasonable timeline and they should not offer international shipping if they can’t actually complete the process. Here’s an interesting concept, why not ship a boat load of this stuff to their supposed location in WY in order to fulfill U.S. orders.

We were already taking nattokinase but their website was beautifully configured and we needed refills, so I ordered 3 bottles. And yes, I ordered before I did deeper investigation. My bad! It appears their location in Casper, WY is a FedEx store with a PO Box, which was disappointing. I figured I’d been had at that point. But I persevered on. For weeks my order number status never moved. I emailed twice and got prompt, full answers that my order was indeed valid and being prepared. They said they’d been swamped by so many orders they were working hard to catch up. Then, exactly 7 weeks to the day from my order date, my order arrived. It was very securely packaged, each bottle individually wrapped inside a very stout box. I was very impressed by this. I rated them 4 stars for the length of time from order to receipt. Seven weeks is stupid. But, when my order status went to “shipped,” the package arrived in about 4 days. I’ll order from them again knowing full well that the process isn’t for quick delivery.

I placed an order May 1st it's now July 1st I have been in contact with them at one point they did refund my shipping fees but I still haven't received my product nor have I received my tracking number so I have now today June 1st ask for a refund let's see what happens.

Great product. Much better than other products because 10,00+ fu strength.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
They stole from me, then told me where to return their product, but gave me a non existent address so USPS returned my item back to me, then they said oh yeah, sorry about that, here’s a different address, then said they won’t refund me the double return shipping I had to pay because of their incompetence.
This company is to be avoided at all costs!!!! It took a month to get my product to begin with, I tried 2 pills of the BPC157 and it gave me cardiac side effects, raging anxiety, it was awful.
Healthletic SUCKS and they’re thieves.

Ordered in April and here it is almost July and no order. Supposedly the order got delayed in customs. I have been in contact with this company as they at least will respond to emails and they keep telling me it is coming and they was going to reship...sorry not buying it and I feel I got scammed!

Never received the order shipped from Lithuania after 30 days and USPS just updated tracking with ‘counterfeit postage’ alert so the package will be disposed of. Have requested a refund but have not received a confirmation from their customer support or PayPal. Wish I’d checked Trust Pilot before ordering!

Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from healthletic they are a rubbish fake bunch of scammers. I placed an order for bones 01 and received absolutely nothing. Thankfully I used paypal and have already received one refund. Like other reviewers I received a second payment on my account without my authorisation. Paypal are reviewing this aswell and I should be refunded for that also. I strongly suggest using paypal rather than your credit card as it is easier to resolve disputes through them. With credit card details you are at the mercy of the bank which can take weeks. Also immediately change your password, plus you can stop recurring payments through your paypal account. Go to the settings cog, select payments scroll down and you will see the recurring payments symbol . Click on that and all your accounts will appear. Click on heathletic and it will bring up that it is active. Click inactive and your account will be deactivated. I hope this helps they are sneaky and deceptive and rely on people being misinformed. Discusting and appauling behaviour.

I never received my order. The product ships from Lithuania, which if I had known, I would not have ordered it. After 21 days of watching the tracking information from Lithuania Post, the US Postal Service notified me that the package could not be delivered due to it being shipped with counterfeit postage. I have requested a refund, but I have not heard back from the company.

Easy to navigate and update the prescription renewal.

Although suppliments didn't result in any changes for me I highly recommend anyone to try themselves as result do vary. They were very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. They stand behind their products and their clientele promptly. A high integrity company.

The fast and easy update of my shipping information !

Placed a single order that never arrived and they made it a subscription and they already charged for a 2nd order. They claim product is made in USA but it was shipped from Lithuania and ultimately blocked by US Customs. So I've been charger 2x and have no product. Also do not use Shopify. I tried reporting a problem and that site did not work at all.

Very easy. There was wonderful specific information that was very relevant and helpful.

I received the product after I saw negative reviews. I didn’t open the bottles. I immediately sent an email to get a refund. They had me take a picture of the packaging label and show the unopened bottle seals. They sent me return information. I paid the shipping to return the product. Now I get a message saying don’t do refunds. They will just send that same photo someone else. What a scam!!

Website was easy to navigate. Checkout was seamless.

Unfortunately I had to return my product due to health issues. I thought it would be a nightmare but thanks to Charina and Chelsea it was so easy. They explained the return process and followed up everytime I would contact them. Absolutely wonderful customer support service and support! This is an A+ company!
